The location was perfect in the centre of Ubud. The staff were friendly and even showed us how they prepare the daily offerings which was one of the best parts of our trip. The family compound is beautiful, peaceful and the gardens are well kept. Inside the rooms are clean, towels and bed sheets were changed regularly, we had working AC and a kettle. It was everything we needed.

The one thing that could have improved our stay would be getting breakfast. I did ask whether we could have breakfast but was told no unfortunately. Even just a simple breakfast would have made the start of our day a bit easier.

I was here for one month by myself and loved it. It was safe and was located near the action in Bali. I walked everywhere such as the market and stores there were very close. When I first got there, they had beautiful calming music turned on on the TV. They came out and helped get my luggage since there is no parking for a car. There was an alley out back that does have cars parked and scooters. The staff became my friend and did special things for me like making animals out of the towels after cleaning my room. The staff cared about me and would help me out when I needed it. The owner was updating one of the rooms while I was there. They have a beautiful garden and a place outside to sit. I loved the location and loved that I was able to walk to many places I wanted to see.

I stayed at Puri Anyar Heritage for 5 nights (1 night extended) to enjoy Nyepi. I would say the it perfectly fit my purpose doing solo traveling. The Heritage home offers everything you need from a decent house with affordable price to a really good one but still giving you the vibe of traditional and heritage. It's super quiet though right in the heart of Ubud busy area. Staff is also super nice and fun to hang out with. I drank Arak with the local guys there which was really fun.

I wish I couldve received more introduction about the whole house, but it checked in really late so it's understandable.

Great location a 2 minute walk from the centre of Ubud. The property is well manicured and has a real Bali vibe about it. The room was spacious and the bed was most comfortable.. There was also plenty of hot water in the bsthroom. The staff always had their happy face on and were eager to please.

So this is just an observation not a complaint. The room was not serviced at all during the time i was there which i thought was odd. There was an electric jug in the room but not cups and no tea and coffee to go with it. I had the dearest geco family living in the roof just outside my front door. Each morning there was a splattering of geco pooh right where i walked into my room. Although my breakfast was delivered each morning to my room balcony ...no one bothered to clean the geko pooh up. I just thought there needed to be a bit more attention to detail. I still enjoyed my stay despite these small issues.

the typical architecture of the buildings and courtyard were simply amazing. Room was basic but we know it would be so no complaints there, helpful staff, ab fab location super central and still very quiet!

The hotel is a typical Balinese house. The room was clean, spacious and included an outdoor space facing the garden. The family also lives in one (or more) of the buildings. The hotel is centrally located. Grocery stores and taxi stand very convenient. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the sound of the fountain and of the frogs, the kids (teenagers) playing without being noisy, the birds cheering in the morning. The staff was very attentive and kind

It's a traditional balinese Pura that converted into homestat, located at quiet location yet only minutes away from Ubud central and plebty of excellent food just aroubd the corner, also there's a traditional market infront of the hotel

Atmosphere and charm. Breakfast at own private lounge was a great experience. In the center of everything, yet a tranquile spiritual oasis. Full of architecture and charm. Romantic. Amazing help from the manager and staff!!!

Bathroom and toilet area could use an update.

located in a perfect place, it’s a simply almost home-like stay rather than a hotel, with cosy feeling and amazing architecture. place is well take care of and kept nice and clean. the vibe is unique.

the amenities are rather old. despite place is being kept clean and stuff very helpful, we experienced clogged bathroom in one of the rooms. overall it might be good to give a fresh touch to the rooms; but it’s still great value for the price.

The atmosphere of this place is definitely unique. Bungalows are set in an amazing quiet garden completing the Balinese character, that made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast are served at individual porch, which is surrounded by lush greenery.

Bathroom could be cleaner, maybe deserves a renovation.
