This is a very nice local guesthouse at the very heart of Ubud. There are lots of restaurants and attractions nearby The houses have a beautiful local design and there was some beautiful view from my room (see image, note that not all rooms get this view, some are on the lower floor) The staff were very nice and friendly

- the room that I booked wasn't available for the first 2 nights (that's important because it had a desk which I need for working) - Bathroom didn't have a proper door (see image, it's like a door to a balcony, with glass and curtains) - There weren't enough shelves for storage in the room - Being at the heart of Ubud this also means some noise till 9 or 11 pm (depending on the day) - The seal of the doors and windows isn't hermetic, I did encounter some small bugs here and there - There isn't a mosquito net on the windows, so it's either

I absolutely love this place, it's so perfectly located in the middle of Ubud, you can walk everwhere, yet you feel like you are secluded and away in a little sanctuary here. Second time here and will come back!

Beautiful room and outside area, the bathroom is really big and the terrace is great. Big desk for working. The location is perfect!

They never changed the bedsheets, the pressure on the shower was low and a bit difficult to adjust the temperature

The property exactly like the picture on the app, with this price you pay it is beyond my expectations. The location is in the heart of ubud. the facility and amenities are complete, will definitely comeback another time.

The water shower was a little to slow.

the place is really nice, the rooms are bigger than i thought, both bedroom and bathroom was clean, the staffs are also very friendly. if you are staying in ubud the place is also really strategic, its in the center of the tourism spots so everywhere is a walking length. highly recommend 👍🏼

The bathroom was splendid. Big and modern amenities. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the river and garden. Perfectly located. Very good value for money, will definitely come back. Super.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and situated, overlooking a tranquil, forested river. It feels like you are in the middle of the jungle even though you are right in the centre of Ubud. The breakfast is also delicious.

Would be good if shower head could be hooked underneath water heater so you did not have to hold it for a shower

The Best Location. Amazing Room. Extremely confortable. Kind owners. Good wifi, good ac, strong hot shower. The garden is nice and peacefull.
