I am telling you, this accommodation must have 10 out of 10!!! The best in Indonesia. The price is super low, but the quality you get is super high!!! No mold, no humidity issues, very clean. They have the best laundry service in ubud for sure. The clothes are indeed clean and not sprayed with a ton of toxic perfume. The staff is super nice and whatever you ask, they do. Super respectful!!!! I ended up extending indefinitely here. They change the towels and bed linen when ever you ask. They clean your room and terrace. Even a small kitchenette. I really am picky and NYOMAN's HOUSE exceeded all my expectations!!!

The sitting area outside the rooms was a nice touch. The laundry service was really efficient and a great price. There was a very traditional feel to the property which was cool. Location was excellent, so central to everything. Air con was great.

The toilet was quite smelly. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable.

Rooms are big and very clean. It is close to the centre and main attractions but when you get in it's very quiet and peaceful. Our room had just a ceiling fan but it was enough to keep the room well ventilated Excellent laundry service: 20k per kilo. My clothes have been ironed and folded with such care Owners helped us finding a transport to the next location, really helpful Highly recommend. Thank you!🙏

I liked everything, how attentive the staff was but also how they didn't bother you. They changed my towels every few days, cleaned the terrace everyday and also the room on request. Stayed there long term, would definitely be back. Totally recommend. Extraordinary place ran by Extraordinary people.

for price I payed I like it. it was big room, clean, big balcony. but if few days price increase for 5$ and let’s say maybe now I will choose other place cheaper. but people was friendly, helpful, I like my big room with big balcony. maybe I will come next time even on monthly base

well, what I really don’t like is a bit noisy sometimes like 8 am drilling a door, or kid was crying at night. in resort should be quite. everything else I really like.

I love the old housing style. The bed was nice and comfortable. Location is perfect.. a few mins by walk to the centre. The house is run by a family.. they were warm and nice. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The bathroom could be cleaner, especially the basin.

The location and size of room were great! Laundry on-site. The AC was excellent and so was the fridge in our room.

wifi was spotty. difficult to access the property - cars cannot travel directly to the front door.

Very good location situated in the Ubud arts market. Short walk to the palace and heart of Ubud but also far enough away from the streets to be relatively quite. Really great traditional Balinese home stay with plenty of privacy.

No aircon. Not really a negative as I knew and can cope without it. But do take that into consideration if you are someone who can't handle the heat.

Loved the traditional house style. The owners are very warm. I would stay here again for sure
