Very nice hosts, beds are comfortable, have full curtain and electric plug and soft light. It's just one dorm room, but good space and lockers under bed. Nice base for a few days of exploring the area.

Nothing that would prevent me staying here again. Furniture in the common room was a bit worn so didn't look the cleanest. Dorm and bathroom were fine though. The entrance can be a bit tricky as no obvious sign on street, but the map location is correct. It's inside the area where there is a dentist and Divya bar is on the top level. Just walk straight back.

Overall I would recommend this hostel, it's good value for the price, breakfast is included and served at the restaurant next door, the accomodation is pretty small, there's only one room with 10 beds. The shower/bathroom is located inside the room (can be loud and not the most convenient especially in the morning sometimes). There's no sign indicating the hostel, fortunately the locals know and the owner is always around. Great location, right in te center of the town, locker available.

Location is great, close to everything downtown of Ubud. Staff make sure to keep things clean every day. Breakfast is good on restaurant upstairs and very uncomplicated with the hostel booking. Lounge area is really convenient, simple but clean and organized!

Lack of signaling makes it hard to find in busy main road. Staff miscommunication made my check-in a little confusing. Lack of silent rules times and within the bedroom: hosts stay in videocall in the room up to late even though there is a common lounge to do so. Towels available only by rent.

The bathroom is inside the 10-bed dorm, so depending on the time you use it, there´s not much privacy. The mattress is not the most comfortable.

Breakfast included was substantial and delicious - served in the cafe inside the compound which is great value for the price. Usually banana pancakes and sometimes nasi goreng. The beds were really comfortable and private with the curtains. Right in the centre of Ubud, really close to everything.

AC in the room wasn’t strong enough for 8 people so nights were warm. Also, there is only one toilet and one shower between 8 which was honestly fine but could foresee an issue.

Really well located! So many things to do around the hostel, you won't get bored. They offered a simple free breakfast in the morning if you wanted. Bathroom was in the room, which was nice. And the staff was so nice.

Wouldn't recommend booking a tour through them! It was a bit disorganized and chaotic, and the "breakfast" and "lunch" they give you is so disappointing.

The location is right in the busy centre, close to restaurants, shops, the palace, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful - they're happy to help with booking a shuttle bus, ferries and renting a scooter. The hostel with one room with AC and common area has a nice vibe.

Breakfast at the restaurant next door is tasty, but the portion was a little too small for this breakfast lover.

Aru House Ubud is located in the center of Ubud. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The mattress was super comfortable. Breakfast was included (3 options served in the restaurant in the same building). The staff was very helpful. The place was clean. I extended my stay several times.

the hostel is really good! clean, very near to all places, with comfortable beds. the breakfast was absolutely great - in a beautiful cafe next to the hostel!

center of Ubud where the hostel is - is a bit noisy and crowdy. but ok:) and i think there's no sign if a hostel from the road, so you have to ask to find it (but actually directions at the map are ok to understand where it must be)

The beds had curtains and were comfy, the location of the hostel was great, the staff were SO helpful- Gede was great. I liked it so much that I booked 1 extra night to enjoy my time in Ubud longer. I couldn’t recommend this hostel enough to solo travellers - really good! Also the breakfast was amazing- I got banana pancake every day and it was beautiful.
