The location was awesome just a 2 minute walk from ubud palace and art market, the downside of this property is the 4 floors and no lifts , we were given floor 4 and it was hectic to bring the bags up. also no proper parking facility for almost 50 rooms. the rooms were mid sized just enough space to keep bags and move around, lighting in the room was a trouble. the bathroom is where they need work , very old.

It is Convenience, walking distance in the market, spa, meal and etc.

Some of the light are spoilt, the sewer bit stuck, so after shower, the water it's take time to outflow。

It was nice and chill, the pool was nice, liked that I could walk to nice places to eat

Hard to find and get to with luggage as its in the markets down side was the beds are hard as a plank!! Sore body after 3 nights. Wifi was weak kept dropping out had to sit outside to get connection

Good central location

No hot water in shower, sheet too small to the bed, room not cleaned daily. Terrible internet connection.

The location is a bit hidden but great, there are many nice shops and restaurants around.

It was super dirty. The bed sheets were smelly, the floor was full of dust and we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I also found some tiny ants in the bed. No hot water in the bathroom.
