Location was perfect for upper side of Ubud. Easy walk to other areas within 15-25mins. Staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily with new towels etc. Outdoor area was lovely didn't get time to use the pool unfortunately. Washing and other services very affordable. Staff were very helpful when children were screaming like the devil at 9am in the pool.

There was a rooster somewhere right next to our room that crowed at 6am and would start again about every 30mins there after. Was not able to sleep in and was woken up constantly. Wasn't really an issue for us but they have a rule that no outside food can be brought to the hotel or your room. Internet was ok for the first night but unreliable there after.

Beutiful pool, best location to the main street. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Beautiful coffee shop for breakfasts at the front entry, and a nice bar also very close.

Although advertising suggest sofa in every room, none in the 2 bedroom villa, no seating unless on bed. There is an outdoor setting that we brought inside. Photos show television which have now been removed. No fridge to keep any drinks cold.

Swimming pool, quietness, comfortable bed, very spacious room, nice bathroom, individual villa

No food and beverage facility at the pool and morning, only restaurant in the evening, no water pressure for the shower, fridge too small

it’s well decorated, very yummy restaurant, nice vibes from staff, perfect location if you turn right there are all pups and if you turn left all the shops

the only thing they are missing they need to repaint part of the paintings which is not harmful but it will make it looks nicer

I stayed for more than 3 weeks , everything was good however the WIFI was very poor, it was always disconnecting and the speed was slow, since I am working online for me its important. So one of the reasons I moved out to another place was the WIFI.

Staff extremely friendly and efficient especially the lady in charge of housekeeping. Very comfy beds and settings.

Room floor very dusty. Not pleasant. It's a pity that all the items initially painted in red ( Rouge ) are now in green color.

I‘ve been at the Rouge before the pandemic a view times. Always enjoyed the stay there.

The Rouge just opened and unfortunately the Restaurant and Spa was still closed. one of the highlights but the places around covered for them

loved the big bed and wonderful bathroom ..and the lonnng pool

no fridge but says so in advert. breakfast off site (due to Covid closures ..low staff)
