In depth honest review: Tucked away on a quiet street so you don't hear much noise from the main road which is awesome - especially since you're so close to the main part of Ubud. We stayed on the bottom floor and you also don't hear any noise from other guests staying above. The bed was king size and very comfortable for us but if you don't like firm beds then maybe you won't like. The room we had was spacious and doesn't feel cluttered with all of our bags and things out. This accommodation is walking distance to so many things in Ubud and we honestly didn't really use much transportation while staying here. Staff were very nice and accommodating and will clean/fix anything you request pretty quickly. The pool was clean and refreshing and gets a lot of sun during the day. Air conditioning was great and kept the room nice and cool all day/night. No insects or bed bugs or anything which is always good. Staff gave us 2 water bottles every day as well. Mini mart convenience store only a few minutes walk away for anything else you need. We recommend: - Breakfast at Sun De Bisma. Cheap and big portions. One of the only places open early in the morning. - Lunch / dinner at Warung Gauri - we went every day sometimes twice per day. Insanely cheap and always delicious. - Laundry place is right next door and they do a good job. With all things considered, even the parts that could be better, this accommodation offers everything you need to have a good time in Ubud. Location is 10/10 and always got a great night sleep here.

There were a few things that could be a bit better: - Towels provided didn't smell the best so maybe use your own towel if this is a huge issue for you. We still used them and it wasn't too bad just something to consider - Bathroom could be cleaner. It doesn't seem like they deep clean it often but this is not a deal breaker for us with all things considered. We just wear shower shoes but we do that everyplace we go anyways.

Beautiful room, pool and common areas. Comfortable patio area. Bed was decent, 4 pillows provided! A/C worked well and cooled off quickly. Shower and bathroom were a great size. Free water and room turnover provided every day. Staff was friendly and readily available.

The room got really humid when the a/c was off (especially after the rain we had). Bathroom was aging and not the cleanest. It was no problem to request new towels but they had a bad smell. The doors did not seal so bugs and geckos could get in but the bed had a mosquito net. Sheets were stained but clean. Most of the pool loungers were broken.

Included Breakfast was weird. Choose an egg or a toast, for drinks choose water or coffee. Bonus is a small plate of fruits. Anything extra is $2. I ended up having an egg and a glass of water and after that went outside to have a breakfast.

Beautiful property in the heart of Ubud. Our room was huge with super comfy bed, pillows, kettle and fridge with lovely balcony area. Breakfast each morning was simple but very tasty and the staff were always kind and attentive. Both of the pools looked so inviting and clean but unfortunately didn’t have great weather to make use of them. The design and architecture of the property and the grounds have such lovely plants and are kept so well. The location was the best part just a short walk from a mart, pharmacy and restaurants and the busy parts of the centre whilst being its own little peaceful oasis.

- The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, requested this to be cleaned and showed photos but it was never done. - There was also a puddle of water which would be in front of the toilet all the time and never drained away which was slippy. - The WiFi was faulty and took multiple visits to reception across multiple days to report it or ask them to reset the router. - No hairdryer which would be an added bonus. - the Asian Arowana and Flag Tail fish in the breakfast room need to be put back in the ocean. Tank is too small.

On the outside the property looked nice and inviting. The staff was friendly and the pool was well maintained.

The organisation of our transport to the harbour, which the hotel took over, ended in a little disaster and stress for us. At the end we had to spend additional money because of a double booking and instead of the fast boat we paid for we got a very slow and narrow boat. Also we got confronted by the anger from transfer organizations that were involved and during this whole scenario the communication with the hotel was bad. In the appartement the tap was clogged and the appartement wasn't spotless.

The property is nice, but they don’t tell you that you can only access by motorcycle so it can get annoying when checking in and checking out if you are traveling with suitcases and not backpacks. They never changed the shits or towels in a 8 nights stay. The swimming pool is not what they say

Big room, lots of storage for clothes, comfortable bed. We stayed in room overlooking the pool, which I swam in every day and pretty much had it to myself. Nice balcony. Very close to the centre yet quiet enough to get away from the noise. Sometimes we heard dogs bark but that’s not really the place’s fault as they are everywhere.

Breakfast. We stayed 4 nights but went out for breakfast twice as it got a bit sameish (we stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in Bali and everywhere was very similar food).

Staff were friendly, and accommodation was a decent size. Huge bonus to have our own pool. We stayed with our 14 month old and we found it to be exactly what we needed. Amazing location, very close to all different restaurants, cafes and shops.

We travelled with a lot of luggage and we and our taxi driver found it very hard to locate on arrival. You can't get to it with a car, so just bear this in mind if like us you will be travelling with many pieces of luggage.

The location is extraordinary. Near the city, but no noise. In the adjacent street strain gets everything you need both to eat and the possibility of changing money or renting a scooter!

Breakfast is defeated - just one slice of toast if you want more you have to pay extra!

Great value - we loved this place. The location, the staff and pool are all great. 5-10 mins walk from main roads but a beautifully quiet retreat. From the road, the location is a few minutes walk down a safe, small alley between other hotels which makes it a nice, quiet area with rice fields around and also great warungs very close. It is possible with wheeled- suit cases, but there are bumpy cracked footpaths along the way. The staff will gladly come and help if you ask. No issues with hot water or wifi.
