Spa need improvement, when i visited 2019, Spa services was 10/10 vs this time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, in a quite corner of the center and close to the Ubud Monkey forest. What a brekfast, the best we have ever had. The room was clean, large and comfortable and the outdoor terrace simple bautiful. But nothing compares to the staff who gladly assisted us with every request we had. I especially would like to thank our driver, Mr. Wayan who patently waited for us at the airport and Mr. Fachri who made various reservations for us as well as all the staff who welcomed us. Thank you.

I loved that it was set in amongst lush green bush. Our room was a great size and had all the amenities we needed, even a free non alcoholic mini bar that was refreshed each day. It was also within walking distance to most of the main attractions such as Ubud markets, palace, monkey forest … Also the staff made a happy birthday sign for my son and brought him up a complimentary piece of cake and fruit which was a lovely treat

We were really disappointed in the spa treatment we had. It was very over priced and not at all what we had read. It felt like the therapists weren’t well trained.

Everything - location, facilities, the rooms and the Herb Library restaurant. Their staff are exceptional, nothing was any trouble and they always went the extra yards to make sure all our needs were met. With breakfast included in our booking, it was amazing that Herb Library provided "all day" breakfast - my wife was attending hours of Yoga classes and training sometimes early in the morning. Consequently, she was able to take the included meal when it suited her schedule. This is next level - well done Adiwana. We would be back tomorrow if we could!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this resort. The staff is very friendly and professional, attending to every need. I enjoyed a stunning view of the jungle from my balcony. It was wonderful to have breakfast each morning on my balcony instead of at the resort’s also excellent restaurant. The spa deserves special recognition - I experienced a 3-day Ayurvedic spa treatment that was the best I’ve ever had. It was the most relaxing, holistic treatment I’ve ever received. I also had a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor as part of my package. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. If I ever return to Ubud, I will definitely stay at the Adiwana Resort Jembawan, as it was truly special.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool area. Very good location for city exploring Huge, beautiful room with terrace to jungle. The team was super friendly and nice and prepared a crib for my baby as requested. Each guest gets a 15-minute complimentary massage and photoshoot in the hotel area.

For breakfast guests could choose one dish from the menu. Food wasn't bad but not super tasty.

Great service, great breakfast, great location near ubud palace and so many restaurants & bars, great restaurant with occasional live music, the pool was close to the rooms, arranged romantic dinner which was so nice, nice reception and everyone so smiley and hospitable..

The rooms were not aired properly therefore there was a bit of a mold smell, technicality but the hair dryer had to be pressed to work, pool policy was from 7-19:00 which is too short i find and after it was dark to relax and order anything by the pool, pools seem a bit smaller than in the photos but perfectly fine and last but not least there was a chemical reaction with the pool and my hair turned green 😔.. i am wrtining all these since there is room for improvement, otherwise i would choose again this lovely hotel, dont get me wrong!

The resort exceeded our expectations and would stay here again in a heart beat ! Firstly the staff were nothing short of amazing going above and beyond at every point of contact truly top rate service every time ! The on-site spa Tejas was incredible as was Herb Library the on-site restaurant which has a very inviting ambiance and highly recommend ! The resort is situated in a central location making it an easy walk to many attractions and restaurants. Our bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked a treat. Pool was amazing and we took advantage of the complimentary afternoon tea by the pool and complimentary photoshoot which was a really nice touch and offering at Adiwana Resort Jembawan ... thank you for a perfect stay !

It's the perfect boutique hotel for Ubud. Close to the centre where all the activities are, yet luxurious with that touch of awesomeness. With the fantastic thoughtful service and attention to details. They provide complimentary breakfast which you can have at their restaurant or in the rooms at no extra cost. They also offer free afternoon snacks and drinks. The spa is awesome and just a short walk from my room. I loved the suite although it's a little dark as nested amongst the trees and also the rooms facing the pool. The pool is perfect for some sunbathing or just to catch up on some reading. I will certainly come back. The music in the restaurant is also awesome. So totally Ubud in my mind.

The aircon has a damp smell as has the suite room. Maybe with a dehumidifier and clear the aircon more often will settle the musky smell. Keep the door open helps too.. this is my one and only concern.

We want to thank all the members staff for a warm welcome with juices, tea, and some food, and a delicious bottle of wine, a strong work ethic, their kindness. They are very helpful in any situations, always smiling, so the service is definitely a big plus. The falicities are great with 2 pools, the rooms are also big, and very clean. The team members give you complementaries bottle of water every day, plus juices in the fridge. There is also a tea time in the afternoon, which is free. They provide Yoga class, and the experience was awesome, so thank you to the coach. Also another big advantage of staying at Adiwana Jembawan Resort Ubud is that the breakfast is excellent, and it's served from early morning till 11pm. The hotel is well located in center of Ubud, near the shops, the restaurants, the temples, the rice terraces. We highly recommend Adiwana Jembawan Resort for a stay in Ubud, and we can't be more than thankful to the amazing staff Merci Terima Kasih
