We loved it. Room & grounds were beautiful. Staff were attentive. Location was great and easy to get into Ubud on a scooter & rice paddies near by. Beds were comfy, and staff were quick to act when needed when air con played up. Moving us immediately upgrading the room. Breakfast was great with variety of choices. And the views over the jungle were just stunning.

We wouldn’t have wanted to go out at all if the food & cocktails were just a level above where they are at. They were good but not fantastic. Also fans at the restaurant area are needed as it was really hot and humid and uncomfortable at dinner.

The Facility is well established, the villa has a very nice view , in the middle of Jungle, the spa is great with professional staff, they have elevator for lower villas which make so comfortable for all travelers, the food is good I requested room service and it was good, the staff is so nice and provide any required support and always provide help, the location is neat from ubud center , the AC and other room facility is perfect, I used laundry it was good and with good price.

Only small incident, since they reception didn’t requested the payment once I got the room, another lady go after me while I was trying go out for dinner in my first leave asking for the payment immediately before leaving, of course my language was still in room and i wasn’t look like escaping, which make me keep the driver waiting for 5 minutes to process the payment ( again i totally understand the situation and its very minor) , first night the house keeping looked little bit lazy since he didn’t change the towel that I already put in the basket , and only changed the remote location and left me a hotel message to confirm that he/she was there, however this was only one incident, the Iron and Iron table is little bit old and needs to be replaced.

The stay and experience is premium.

The room and view were beautiful and the staff were very friendly. They deliver a bedtime story each night which was a lovely touch. The free yoga session was fantastic and the instructor was great! The bath outside is lovely as you can look out to the beautiful view. The spa is a credit to this hotel, the staff are friendly and the massages we had were one of the best we’ve had!

The location is a little way out of Ubud which isn’t too much of a problem if you have a bike. The breakfast was poor, we tried different things and they were all very average at best. If you have a jungle view room there are rooms behind which can be noisy due to the roof being thin. Unfortunately you get very little to no sun on the terrace and the pool.

The location is quiet, and the valley view is very relaxing, with the rainforest right at the doorstep. It makes the 10/15 minutes drive to centre Ubud a bearable trade-off. The bedrooms have a lot of privacy, even on the outside, and the private swimming pool is small but actually bigger than it seemed in the pictures; it also very pleasant. Big room, with high ceiling. Plenty of space to properly store your luggage, clothes and valuables. Big and comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Lunch and dinner were very good, and fairly priced. Great value for money, in general.

The breakfast is not aligned with the standard of the hotel. The ingredients are average quality, the options are limited, and the portions are little. I was very disappointed in that regard.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The scenery is breathtaking, especially ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. It felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s beauty. The food was also really good, every meal was satisfying and delicious. But what truly made our stay special was the excellent staff. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the thoughtful little details like how there were umbrellas available everywhere, which was especially helpful when it rained. It’s those kinds of touches that show how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable. We honestly wish we could have extended our stay. It was one of those trips you never want to end. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If we had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the plunge pool. While it was a lovely feature, we wished it had been heated, especially given the cooler mountain climate. It would have made the experience even more relaxing.

This was the most outstanding resort we have ever stayed in. You are literally transported into paradise the second you enter the resort. The staff treat you like royalty and could not be more accommodating. The rooms and views are out of this world. They are clean, beautifully presented, comfortable and private with a luxury feel. The restaurant and food are outstanding. There really is nothing bad to say about this beautiful place. We were absolutely blown away.

The only niggle was with it being so close a temple, the noise was very loud one evening with banging drums and people screaming down a microphone it seemed. Men literally screaming like they were in pain. This is obviously not a fault of the hotel but does slightly impact the location unfortunately.

Peaceful, tropical surrounds. The accommodation was designed to incorporate the beautiful forest and provide us with privacy. The villas were thoughtfully designed, spacious, light and airy with a traditional Balinese influence. The staff were exceptional, from front desk, restaurant staff to the thoughtful room attendants who were kind enough to move our clothes that were drying outside from the rain when we were out on a tour. The children loved the staff, they were so welcoming and kind to us. Even though a busy time of year we were lucky enough to have the main pool to ourselves. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about Tejaprana resort.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Tejaprana! The staff is incredibly helpful and ready to help with every request. The food was delicious, the rooms were so comfortable and everything was well thought of. We had the most delicious steamed white fish at dinner, and the chef even shared his recipe with us 🙏🏻 they also arranged for a day trip for us with a private driver, we saw the rice paddies, went on the famous Ubud Swing, visited a Temple, a coffee plantation with the most delicious coffee and ended the tour with the Monkey Forest which our kids loved. We also treated ourselves to a massage that was fantastic and we had the opportunity to make our own mosaic Bali bowls at the hotel, which we will have as a great souvenir of our time here. This was a once in a lifetime trip but I hope someday we can return as we really had such a nice time.

Location is amazing! Very nice staff, breakfasts are good

The roof of all villas are made from bamboo that allow geckos and lizzards to enter your apartment even though your doors are always closed… this is not understandable why the roof is not protected from the unwilling animals. It is the opposite of jungle so anyone can enter your room. In our room 2 days in a row was living the biggest lizzard, we changed the room and in the other were several small inside. We had to leave the hotel 2 day prior to our check out day and the hotel still did not compensate or refunded.
