Beautiful place, friendly staff, tasty food, clean room. Bathroom was huge and very clean. They come sweep the floor, tidy the bed and empty bins every day which I liked. They also provide info and tickets for experiences, I booked ATV and rafting through the hotel, I paid around £50 which included both experiences and a driver that picked me up from the hotel, took me to the ATV then to the rafting and then back to the hotel and it was great experience overall.

Location is quite far from city centre, around 10min bike drive. Restaurant closes around 8pm and not really any other options nearby. There was a dog from the hotel and a few times I saw it marking/peeing on the sunbeds. I didn't really use the pool but the first day I chilled on the beds and tbh I did notice a strong smell but didn't think of it much until I saw the dog after. No bueno.

We liked that it was a bit further out of Ubud so much quieter than being in the city itself. The staff were very friendly and nice the whole time we stayed! There was the option of room service everyday - but you could also opt out which was good. Finally, it was great that if you chose to eat at the restaurant you could also eat it outside your room. This helped so much on days we were very tired!

There were a few things which could have been improved, such as the soundproofing between rooms. There was a loud family at the hotel and it was very loud in the room. Secondly, there were a few stains on our sheets so we think it's time to upgrade these for sure.

Amazing staff, very quiet location amongst the rice fields and not too far from the center of Ubud. The room was big, cosy and comfy but when there are people on the room upstairs then you get to hear every word, fortunately that only happen one night out of my week there. The staff would ask everyday if I wanted my room made, they were super friendly

The piping in the bathroom has some issues, sometimes it will « spit on you » and stop working for a minute, but other than that water was hot, that was nice.

The room is nice., its a wooden room. It has mini fridge, tea maker, hair dryer. Our room is upgraded to Pool View, so its right in front of the pool. It has a bathub but we dont use it. The breakfast is nice too.

Its not a big problem but when I use the wastafel, sometimes the water spray everywhere. Also, there is a little problem occured. Apparently the guest upstairs turn off their mini fridge, and the ice was melting, and it ran down and literally dropping to our room. I called the staff, and they immediately took care of it.

Very nice place and pool area, beds super comfy, quiet area, nice large balcony! Also appreciated the different places to put your personal items both in the room and washroom. Less than 10 minutes away from several warungs/restaurants but by scooter, so by foot can be a little far from places.

Okay breakfast, but have had worse in Bali. Thin walls so you can hear everything (suggest taking an upper floor). Washroom can use a little more cleaning up (around the shower). Many mosquitoes, even mid sunny day.

Property was actually a bit positive surprise, when we booked we were looking for a budget accomodation, but surprisingly, the room was spacious, bed comfortable, the aircon was pumping and made the room comfortable even with the extreme heat, they had bikes to rent at the entrance, water to refill, breakfast included and a pool. Considering we paid in off season/ wet season $26 per night, with breakfast included, for a couple, this was surreal.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the resort is located near Ubud, but in the middle of nature, the staff was always available and friendly and the breakfast location is lovely.

We could perfectly hear anything the people upstairs said, even if whispering. The toilet in the room had a few spiderwebs (but the room in general was clean, and they offered us a quick cleaning almost daily) and was quite dark.

My daughter and I chose to visit Ubud during our stay in Bali. We chose very well at JJ's. The highlight being the Spa package. We had a 3 hour package, massage, deep body cleanse, bath and facial. Exceptional value for money and with quality masseuses. The staff were helpful, kind and understanding. Just what you need when on holidays in a foreign country. At JJ's you didn't need to go anywhere as they cooked on the premisses, very good Satay. Yes the staff, cooked, cleaned, were reception... they did it all. Our driver even took us to Suckling Pig just for lunch.

We didn't realise we were so far from Ubud centre, staff supported us with finding a small scooter we could use. As we have been to Bali before we knew that sometimes cleanliness is in the eyes of the beholder.

The nature around the property and the green clean garden with the pool were a great place to relax. The highlight was the very kind and friendly staff that made us feel home. The staff was very mindful, even prepared us special meal orders due to my special diet. Specially the girls, Widi and Novi, are great communicators, and always there when we needed anything.

Bathroom needs a window for ventilation and light. Otherwise all great!

This place is a little Gem. We arrived really late and hungry after a long 12hr flight. Despite the restaurant being closed they kindly made some food and brought it to our room. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The whole team full of smiles. This place is excellent value for money. On site scooter rental Taxi service Laundry service all very reasonably priced. A special mention to Boma who gave us an excellent tour for the day. Highly recommend
