Nice location and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Close to Kuta, which is really convenient because there’s nothing much to do in hotel.

New year’s eve party was really boring unless you were local. It was well organised and set was beautiful on the beach. But 2 hosts were super annoying and talked 1,5 hour, mostly in Indonesian, so it was impossible to understand or to have fun. Food was good though. Also, there was a offer for drinks- if you ordered 2 bottles, you got better price. So, we wanted to order 2 times 2 bottles of champagne, but they had only 3 and we had to pay the full price for 3rd bottle. Otherwise, Lombok is a magic island.

The front desk staff seems to be limited in their communicating skills in English and it's frustrating as a customer. the front desk did not communicate to us at checkin that a large event is scheduled in 3 days time. The beach became a construction scene that ruined our comfort and enjoyment of the beach area. the staff did not communicate that they need a deposit to allow charging to the room. The staff did not give me a requested top floor even though they agreed and instead gave me a 3rd floor room in a 4story building. This is unsatisfactory lax unprofessional behaviour.

The hotel accommodated our request to be away from large families with children, and ocean view. Quiet room with fantastic view from the top floor. The food was great for the most part, varied menu, with something for everyone's taste.

The pool bar allowed children at the bar, and I had a bad piece of old fish served as dinner, and they refused to take it off the bill. Also, their ATM was very sketchy, worked only some of the time. Make sure you have a card with Visa or Mastercard network, and wise to change some cash to Rupiahs at the airport before coming. There were many very loud children, making time around the pool really hard to enjoy, but that's the parents' fault, not the hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make our special occasion even more memorable. A special thanks to Devi, Lili, Gunter, Dias, Maya & Maura who ensured everything was perfect during our stay. The spa was simply amazing— Cici and Vivi provided treatments that left us feeling completely relaxed and pampered. I got Cici during my three treatments and she’s what I’m gonna miss the most about this place, her massages are just out of this world ! The food from the main restaurant was delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations, especially Kwetiau seafood.

One minor downside was the beach, which was unswimmable, something we weren’t aware of beforehand. And the lack of bike rentals, however, with everything else being so perfect, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We highly recommend Pullman Lombok, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon, and we would love to return in the future.

This hotel is at a great location close to everything. Big pool, nice rooms, and a very good restaurant. A bit pricey, but quality of the food is very good. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly, specially the manager that just joined Pullman a few weeks ago is the BEST. She really went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we can't thank her enough. She and the staff were an absolute 10/10.

We gave this hotel an 8, because the overall quality is good, but most importantly the staff is great. However, UPPER management would get a 2/10. To many things are disorganised in this hotel: The AC temperate is set to a default temperature for all rooms, and it cost us two nights to get the hotel to change this. Electricity kept glitching in our room, having lights go on/off at random times, waking up our toddler son several times. The hotel bill upon leaving was not correct etc. None of the above would be a reason not to come back, as overall the hotel is good, but the above is really something that should improve.

The views from the hotel were amazing - a spectacular spot. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable - the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I had trouble with communication to start with as I did not receive replies either via booking.com or their email address to begin with so I was a little nervous with what sort of stay we were going to have. The location is a little remote, however you can hire motorbikes from hotel or they have the complimentary shuttle that runs back and forwards to and from the township. Finally, the sink in our bathroom was filthy and needed a good clean.

The breakfast is good. Has a big variaty of food from western to local food. This hotel is a family oriented hotel and has good of swimming pool. The room is clean. The marshmallow bbq was great.

The buffet price is way to expensive. Even more expensive then 5 star hotel in a big city in indonesia. The playground for the kids are only for children not older than 4 years old. Is could be nicer if they provide more variaty of toys also for kids till 10 years old. The kids activity is too simple and not well prepared. We have expected more for a 5 star hotel.

The room is very confortable (large, good mattress/pillows, dark curtains, nice indoor bathroom and tub). Booked a standard room and ended up with partial sea view. Great facilities in the hotel (pool, spa, travel tour desk, restaurants etc). Friendly staff. The hotel is located a 5min scooter ride to the town center of Kuta, or the hotel has a free shuttle that runs a few times a day back and forth to the town.

The service at the restaurant (pool bar) can be a bit long and staff needs a bit more training. The beach is very often low tides so not practical to swim (but pool is better).

The facilities are great, nice pool and gym and even the though I didn’t have time to join in on any, they provided some fitness classes on site which is good. The room was very clean and comfortable and they left some lovely welcome treats in the room when we arrived.

There was a few things that we found a little frustrating and annoying during our stay. We hired a moped through the hotel and the guy who sorted it for us wasn’t very thorough and actually gave us a moped with barely any petrol!! We only noticed once we were driving away from the hotel so that could have potentially been dangerous. He did however put it right by coming out to meet us and filling the bike up with more petrol. We also found when we phoned up reception for more water or some assistance it took them a long time to come to our room. Not a massive problem I guess but when you are in a hurry it’s annoying. Overall we did have a good stay and these things were quite minor in the grand scheme of things.

The hotel is truly exceptional! we were impressed by excellent service and attention to detail. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable and the AC was strong enough to fit with Lombok's hot weather. It is also provided necessary amenities. We enjoyed the youtube and speaker access, allowing our kid to enjoy multimedia entertainment. When we went to the beach we were delighted to find it was not only clean but also had white sand that resembled the shape of pepper grains. The beach offered stunning sunset view. Moreover, we were fortunate to witness bufallos being herded back. This added a unique element to our visit and provided a glimpse of local life. It was truly sight to behold. The hotel restaurant offer vast selection of food and the restaurant corner wing had children's playground. This greatly assist us with small kid, she enjoyed making necklace accessories with the friendly staff. The hotel also strategically located near the famous Tanjung Aan Beach, Bukit Merese, Mandalika Circuit. Additionally, it was just half an hour away from Lombok International Airport making it a convenient place to stay prior departure from Lombok island.

The hotel located in a secluded area, and there are no other restaurants within walking distance. Although the hotel has a shuttle service that runs 6pm-9pm to city center, tired guests may choose the option of eating at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant offered a wide variety of options and dishes, catering to different tastes and preference. However for our indonesian tongue, the taste is fair.
