The Jivana staff were exceptional! Suzi, Mila and Aji were extremely accommodating and created a truly memorable experience for our family! Nothing was ever too difficult to cater to our large group. The quality of the food was fantastic! We loved the fresh breakfasts, coffee, juices, smoothies and poolside happy hour cocktails with Suzi. The property is a lush tropical sanctuary located in walking distance to Kuta Lombok town and beach. We ate out mostly at the local restaurants for dinner. The staff gave us some great recommendations. The roaming turtles, guinea fowl and coy fish added to the tropical backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable which are serviced daily. The room service was great too. We loved the outdoor bathrooms! I would highly recommend this resort to families and couples for a relaxing getaway!

We couldn't fault the property! The only disappointment was not being able to swim at the beach in Kuta Lombok as its polluted and littered with plastics and rubbish. It would be such an improvement if the locals maintained the beaches.

The property was beautiful with fish ponds, turtles, chickens, frogs, plants, a fantastic pool. Food was wonderful and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can easily book a driver or a tour, or do yoga. They went all out for a romantic dinner for us. Absolutely lovely.

Because the bathroom is outdoors, which is amazing, the mosquito spray each evening began to bother my allergies. I understand it’s needed, but it did bother my asthma a bit near the end of our stay.

The grounds are absolutely stunning - such a haven in bustling Kuta. Feels like the jungle. Rooms are so spacious and beds so comfy. Breakfast delicious and the staff were so lovely and attentive. We had an amazing 9 nights here and would stay for even longer next time

The only thing that can be improved on is the the quality of the pools towels and pool lounger covers as they are a bit grubby now (easy fix which would make such a difference) and the quality of the moped helmets (a bit old and rusty). But other than that everything was fabulous.a

One of the most delightful surprises was seeing the guinea fowls and tortoises roaming the beautifully maintained property. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special highlight was the spa. The team provided some of the best treatments we've ever experienced. It was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the local beaches and surf spots, which are all conveniently close to the resort. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering delicious meals and the breakfast was a real treat. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, making each morning a great start to the day. We cannot wait to return to Jivana Resort! It’s a true hidden gem in Kuta Lombok, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and warm hospitality. PS: The hotel offers a great shuttle service to/from the airport and local sights.

This stay felt like a tropical paradise at the perfect location. Staff were very attentive - remembered our names and room number every time from our first day. Room was spacious with a good mosquito net and very comfortable pillows and bed. The couch in the room was also great and a nice place to relax out of the sun. Restaurant was great - highly recommend the Tuna Steak and each morning the Omelette. Wonderful service also and very accommodating. The geese and tortoise on the property were very sweet and the grounds were immaculate- feels like a tropical paradise but still close to everything. Swim up pool bar and very clean fresh pool, generally very quiet chill vibes. Frangipani flowers in the pool were amazing. Highly recommend! Our best stay in Lombok yet.

Must have aircon on to access hot water and for us it ran out fairly quickly, but reboots after a while no big issue. No complaints at all about this property!

A beautiful serene and tranquil setting. Immaculate grounds and delightful bungalows. The rooms were spacious, light and airy with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The bed linen was divine. The food offered at breakfast was varied, well cooked and beautifully presented. The lunch/dinner menu was just as appealing. The staff were so polite, respectful and helpful. Always smiling and happy. Spa treatments were wonderful. A few minutes walk takes you into the heart of Kuta with a variety of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

The mattresses on the sunbeds by the pool were in poor condition although they were comfy.

resort is clean and full of greens and has a pond, and even some animals like african chickens and big tortise to spice up the place. we wake up to the sound of chirping birds , chicken crows , peaceful sound of nature. rooms are clean and spacious. staff service is good, my wife has fallen sick in the middle of the night and the staff brought us medicine and also help us call for emergency medical services. he see through the whole process till the doctor leaves.

a lot of mosquitos. resort dont have facilities other than swimming pool. It is also not near beach, it is a 20 mins walk to the beach. other than that not much complaints

The location is just 3 minutes walk from the main road in Kuta, where there are all the restaurants and shops. If you want to go to the beach you have to take a taxi or scooter as the Kuta beach is very dirty. The facilities are great, accommodation very comfortable. Turtles walking around the area are a nice attraction for the kids. Prices of drinks, meals and scooter hire are reasonable.

Just be careful when booking a taxi through the hotel when there are more then 4 of you. We booked a taxi from Bangsal port to the accommodation through the hotel and I requested a 7 seat taxi, because it was 5 of us. Most of taxis in Bali and Lombok are 7 seaters. I specifically mentioned that so far we've always fitted in a 7 seater but was told that for 5 people we can book either minivan or two cars anyway. So we booked two taxis for 500K each as the minivan was more expensive than two cars and we would have fitted in one. (5 people, three suitcases and 1 small wheelchair). I could have saved 500K because on our return journey on the way to the port, we traveled in one car only. On top of that, there are many taxis in Bangsal port that offer transport on the arrival of the boats.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa and it was absolutely magnificent. Spacious and very comfortable and the pool was a relief on those hot humid days. The staff there were very friendly and always willing and happy to lend assistance. The grounds were very well maintained and you felt at peace walking through them. Nice to see the guinea fowl and the tortoises. We had one walking toward us on the path leading up to our villa and he would turn at each villa entrance like he was a guard keeping watch. The location is perfect. Central to everything in Kuta. Hire a scooter and literally everything is within 5 minutes from you. We will be coming back to Jivana in November and will be staying longer.

The grounds are STUNNING! So beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Very few people around which added to the tranquility. Our 3 bedroom villa was huge. Beautiful pool area. Loved that the living area was open to the elements, as were the three bathrooms. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed in! A two minute walk to the Main Street in Kuta where there were lovely restaurants and shops. It had a really cool, fun vibe. Would love to return one day!
