- Super friendly and helpful personnel, always present and ready to answer questions and find solutions for special requests. Thank you! - The hotel is located in a beautiful beach far from all noise and traffic. There is a swimming pool (2) and direct access to the beach. I borrowed a stand up paddle and went on a tour. You can also go surfing. An amazing sunset spot is 10min walk from the hotel. - Excellent wifi connection, perfect place to remote work. There is also an office where you can go if the wifi in your room is not good enough (mine was perfect). - Really good food and lots of variety. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you!

- I didn’t have a problem with this but just to note, the location is far from Central Kuta (20min scooter ride) and there is nothing really nearby (shops, restaurants). If you stay longer you might feel a bit isolated, but on the other hand it’s relaxing. The hotel have scooters to rent and if you don’t feel comfortable driving they can always drop you off and pick you up on scooter wherever you want to go which is nice! But remember to count the extra cost in your budget. - The style is a little bit old, the rooms and common areas are not as beautiful and attractive that I’ve seen in other places in Bali. But everything is clean and comfortable, no complaints.

All the staff, including the owner, were very helpful in organising all kinds of things. For instance renting motorbikes (which you need to explore the area), surfing lessons, food and drinks and laundry. Their friendliness really made our stay. The view from the hotel is also amazing! Lodged in the middle of nature and at the beach you can literally be picked up at the doorstep to go surfing. In general, the roads around Kuta are amazing to drive on motorbikes. Big and wide highway roads with almost no one on them. Who needs Mandalika Circuit anyway? :) The road up to Inlight was a bit less paved, but all the more fun and challenging!

Nothing really, all was fine considering you're in the tropics.

The property was secluded and quiet. The local wildlife was delightful to observe, the scenery, particularly the large surf, was spectacular. The food was very good, and not at all expensive. Of particular merit was the staff, who always went the extra mile to provide for the guests wishes and well being. Great internet connection !

A little too secluded if you want to visit town, and you don’t have a car or scooter. However, the Hotel say they are willing to transport the guest into the village or the town for a nominal fee. Like all properties continuous grounds and building maintenance is required to present the best image. I’m sure other guests would also welcome the addition of a few lounge (soft) chairs into the Reception / Dining area.

We really liked the staff, especially Alma and the barista boy were very helpful und super friendly. Also the restaurant was delicious, which is good since not really many other restaurants are located close by. The beach and the pool wers nice and you can do cool activities for the day, like cheaply renting a scooter for driving to Kuta or go surfing with or without a guide. The hotel offers free filtered drinking water in glass bottles, which is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and a la carte. The hotel is located very remote, but a shuttle service can be arranged.

Most towels had stains and the shower amatures would need to be fixed. Even though the Restaurant is fantastic if you are looking for something different, you have to rent a scooter and drive a bit, since the town has not much welcoming to offer.

The hotel was placed in a strategical location allowing its customers to both enjoy the beach right in front but also to be conveniently close to to Kuta. The staff was incredibly helpful at all times and always happy to help. Furthermore, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was exquisite. The views of the rooms are stunning. The owners of the hotel as well as its staff was always super available to help us get familiarized with the place, the best beaches to go and where to surf. We couldn’t recommend this place more!!! Looking forward to coming back soon

Location is a bit tricky and far Cleaning could be improved Beach is nice but not ideal for swimming We tried surfing classes, thought we could stand on the first class, it wasn’t the best, poor teaching and instructor couldn’t speak proper english so it was difficult to interact

The breakfast was really tasty - sourdough bread and scrambled egg, fluffy pancakes. One of the best we had during our travel in Indonesia. The staff went far beyond - we forgot our takeaway breakfast on the table whilst doing a day trip and they recognized, took the motorbike and stopped our car. We also had questions on mangos and the different types. They answered patiently and even got us some for a tasting within in minutes. They were asking us after a long day if we want dinner. The room were spacious and the free water refill a true benefit. The owner gave us good insights on where it is best to surf and organized everything. He is a surfer himself. Although you need transportation like car or motorbike and even with small kids I can really recommend to stay here. We felt really looked after which made it an exceptional stay.

Perched on top of cliff with stunning views of the surf breaks and fishing village, monkeys in the trees, and gorgeous pools. Maxim and his staff are so friendly and helpful, organising boats out to the breaks (which you get from beach right out front of hotel), scooters and anything else as needed. It felt like a family atmosphere. Any issues were promptly dealt with. The rooms are lovely and simple and very clean. Excellent air conditioning. The granola and porridge breakfast options were particularly yummy. The restaurant area is stunning.

Nothing we didn't like. Just note that it is a fairly steep walk up the road to the resort with muddy sections after rain. The Gerupruk town is about a 10 minute walk away.

Super close to the beach yet a little bit isolated from gerupuk, the main town. this meant it was super quiet and while staying there you were left alone. The veiws are immaculate and you can simply walk out of your room to the ocean, there are infinity pools to gaze at the veiws from and the whole property is immersed is luscious jungle. just serene.

It was hard to access, there is a rather steep hill which can make it difficult for most drivers. however this was not a problem as the hotel graciously organised all transport for us.

I came on recommendations, so I had high expectations. Well, it exceeded my expectations! the food is excellent: the products are fresh and the cooking well executed (and I'm French), the service is perfect, the staff are adorable and helpful. i ended up extending for 3 more nights! thanks for the week of surf, chill and relax!
