Clean and modern.

Shower water pressure was very weak, shower controls and rain head not well maintained, poor flow, and temperature control is all guesswork after the hot water eventually finds its way to your en-suite, temp control knob just comes off in your hand. Don’t let that put you off staying here it really is lovely, but this little detail just stands out as a bothersome inconvenience in an otherwise perfect guesthouse. It takes away from the true “escape” experience when you encounter problems that you might have yourself in your own house.

George and his father were absolutely great hosts. We were very well informed in advance (one day there was a local power cut) and were given a very warm welcome and all questions and requests were always answered immediately. The breakfast was excellent and there was always enough of everything - it's a shame that the Irish breakfast is generally too greasy for me in the morning, I would have loved to eat the one from this kitchen it in the evening ;) . The room was first class and especially the walk-in wardrobe and the cosy armchairs are incredibly comfortable for a longer stay, where wet rainwear has to be dried and a rainy afternoon is spent reading. The location is great anyway – right on the huge Inch Beach.

Why didn't we stay here for the whole trip? ;)

This place is pure luxury! The room was gorgeous - huge bed, seperate dressing room and walk in shower. There is a little fridge, as well as kettle etc, and downstairs a seperate sitting room to chill out in. The views from the windows were second to none. Beach towels provided and the breakfast was great. The owners are so lovely too. Really could not find fault with it if I had wanted to!

I cannot say enough good things about this gem. I spent 3 nights there and it is in one of the most amazing locations. The room and bathroom were so spacious and modern and comfortable. Everything worked great. Breakfast was delicious with the same ocean view. Parking was easy and there’s an authentic pub just down the street

Staff is really nice and helpful with all you need. the house is outstanding with very nice architecture. interior design is of the scale amazing. rooms are very big, walk-in closet, big spacious bathrooms equiped with all you need. the view from the room was outstanding, looking at the Atlantic Ocean. this is the best acommodation I had and I was in 5* hotesl too. almost forgot to mention breakfast is included and it was really tasty and excellent

We were floored when we entered the space! WOW! It was so spacious and beautiful! Modern and new! We could see the ocean from our window. King size bed was so comfortable. The closet is huge, it's like having a dressing room. I used it as such to get dressed without needing to turn on the bedroom light where my husband was still sleeping. The bathroom shower is huge and just awesome! We walked a few mins down the road and had a delicious dinner at Sammy's right on the beach. Walked along the beach after dinner. Walked across to the main BnB building in the morning to have a fantastic breakfast! We were sorry to have only a one night stay here. Would have loved to stay longer!

This accommodation is the most wonderful, it is very clean and spacious, very quiet, you can hear the ocean waves in the night, we had the best sleep. Bed is very comfortable, and it has everything you need. Also the breakfast was great. It is perfect place to relax and just enjoy the beautiful view of the inch beach. This place is truly amazing, thank you!

I absolutely loved the location. The beach itself was so picturesque and so was the surroundings of the mountains and farmland. The accommodation was so ideal, perfect for a honeymoon or a romantic escape, it had all the luxuries with plenty of space. I loved having a dressing room entering the bathroom. The lofty windows were openable and you could stand at the window giving you a feeling of being outdoors. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with the opportunity to absorb the sea view from indoors or outdoors on the terrace.

The shower. The bathroom aesthetics were great but the drain was not functionable resulting in the entire bathroom floor was getting flooded within 5 minutes. Could not have proper showers unfortunately. Please just fix this and it would be perfect.

This is an incredible place. Seascapes is looking right down onto Inch Beach. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs- ask for one of them! we got one. and one more downstairs, along with a stunning sitting room downstairs. Booking and check in and out was seamless. spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast, friendly and welcoming service. they even printed our boarding passes for our flight.

There was nothing not to like- it's amazing. By the way you are part of the Inch Beach B&B and the stay includes breakfast there, and you check in there across the road. this info isn't terribly clear and the other couple that came and got the downstairs room looked a bit lost when they first arrived.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Bedroom and en suite bathroom spotless. Hosts super friendly and accommodating. Our room at Seascapes was an "annexe" to Inch Beach House B&B. It is a modern house, spotlessly clean with convenient parking. On the ground floor is a shared sitting area with stunning views. There are limited options to find somewhere to eat nearby and you'd need a car to reach somewhere serving food late evening.

I might have liked to be nearer a choice of restaurants, but we had a car so it wasn't a big problem.
