The Manor West, the Manor Best!!!! The staff and everything about this hotel helped me enjoy my Tralee experience... Which now is my most favorite place in Ireland even if the Dubs lost!!! Never have I met such nice people!!! And the hotel was home base , I will be down here again and I will be staying here again. And what made me fall in love with this Hotel was they wiped down the tables after someone had been eating but then disinfected it - like anyone with allergies that is astounding .... Of all the hotels I've stayed in, I've never seen it done!

room super as always........telly better than normal........would like bigger telly...........bathroom lovely..........as always

service very slow in bar area for food............same for breaky.............no milk on table all 3 mornings.............no toast came one morning had to ask few times................staff training required........... and maybe senior person on duty for breaky would be an asset...........i would revert to buffet for juice and cereals........asap.........would reduce delays and might help staff out big time.......................noticed many people waiting long times and looking bored..........if they could go for walk for juice and cereals , think it may be better all round.............thank you

Breakfast looked very little but it was delicious annd plentiful in the end, just a little less than expected in the buffet part. Food was fresh and tasty. Ate in bar the night before & a young barman warmed my daughter’s food for me and he couldn’t have been nicer. Didn’t know about the den until I was driving home, raging as was not advised of this facility, we were down for a basketball blitz and the toddler could’ve done with this.

Under bed was very dirty, but the rest was very clean. Easily missed I guess. I was only looking for something that rolled under, otherwise I’d never have seen it. Little tie bags and bracelet was a nice touch, not sure about the yo-yo must’ve been just to make bag look fuller. But lovely touch, all staff so pleasant. Will be back!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and bright. Location was good if you wanted to shop. Close to a retail centre. If you have difficulty walking and do not drive location would not suit. The town centre is a good 25/30 mins walking distance. The hotel also will ring for a taxi, if required, abot €10 each way.

Food was mixed. Do not know if it was personal taste but quality was not great. Some eggs, at the breakfast, were good as if just cooked. Others were like they were baked. Sausages were edible but flavourless. Would have liked more toilet rolls in the bathroom. Down to the last sheet as we were leaving, thatcis why didn't ask for more.

The room was clean and perfectly comfortable for us with our children. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and kind, they arranged everything we requested.

The staff at the bar and restaurant. We always got a table very far from everything and once in every hour they came by asking if we would like to order something else, however only 2 other tables were occupied. It was disappointing and they weren`t nice in any way. They didn`t come to our table to let us pay the bills, every time we had to go and ask for the bill and payment option as we didn`t want to spend 1-2 hours more to wait for them.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of freshly cooked breakfasts from Avocado Toast and eggs to a full Irish. A self-service area also has a good coffee bar, toast, Danish pastry, porridge, and fresh fruit. The hotel is easy to reach, has excellent Parking facilities and all mode cons.

The prices for the food served in the restaurant. I can never understand why Hotels with Restaurants need to charge so much. In Tralee, there are plenty of Restaurants and Bars, so if you want your guests to spend more money and use the restaurant, then reconsider the prices, as they are up to 50% more expensive than the high street. I mean, a Burger with fries for almost €25 plus a drink is very heavy.

The room was fantastic and bathroom - really spacious and everything you would need - swimming pool and extras outstanding- breakfast great choice for cold and hot - staff really polite and felt really welcoming we were well looked after

Unfortunately the main attractions the gym and view from the balcony were disappointing- the gym was ok for a hotel gym but not as good as booking .com had it and the equipment dated - we were expecting a Mountain View as paid extra for the balcony room but there was no mention of the 4/5 car parks and the Range shops these were not in the photo when we booked - think it should be metioned

All staff were very professional and friendly hospitality you come to expect in Ireland Anything we requested was dealt with immediately. We were on our honeymoon so they kindly left a card and chocolates in our room. Location was excellent just out of main town very well placed on a retail park.

Breakfast area in the “sea salt “ was a dark area with a curtain up at a window. Why I don’t know. Just seemed a strange area. A little annoying was that the WiFi would keep cutting out, so if in middle of something took long time to complete.

We asked for an early check-in and a lovley lady on reception was beyond helpful and we had some lovely giggles over the week end with her she was so pleasant and kind. I forget her name I'm sure it began with an S. Apologies! She was so accommodating for anything we requested it was a pleasure to have such lovely staff over all. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. We traveled from dublin by plane for a wedding so it was nice to have the room early to get ready in before hand. The food was amazing, breakfast and lunch was so nice fresh as tasty. Our room - a suite on the 4th floor, we had booked the suite as we don't get away often so it was a dream to have such a beautiful room. And them we had a late check out too! Absolutely amazing stay over all.

Why can't we have this hotel and staff in Dublin 🤣

Breakfast was more than enough, staff where efficient and quick to respond to any of our needs. We had dinner one of the nights, an to be honest I would drive from Dublin and back, just to repeat the experience. The stake is to die for, my partner could not lick her plate clean enough.

The only thing that could of been better was, the weather. But if you can bite the bullet, just get out and enjoy it. We did, an boy did we have fun. An when you get back visit the in house swimming pool and sauna. You'll forget about the weather.
