The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bath was fabulous! Water was instantly hot and fast, lovely and deep even for a plus size lady. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the view was spectacular. The bathroom products were also generous. Beds are so comfortable, great quality and very good temperature.

The hairdryer stopped working randomly, the spare they gave me didn't work either. No hot chocolate in the room or breakfast so my daughter couldn't have a warm drink, thankfully brought my own. Small things but would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff were amazing, so friendly. The food in the restaurant was also quite good. Great to have a bath in the room. Pillows were great. Some beautiful nooks throughout the hotel ( chequered floor area by reception in particular)

Was disappointed in the “deluxe” room. Although the balcony was convenient, the room was quite small. Although it was clean, it felt dated (chipped furniture,marked walls, bed linen felt over used and bobbly) balcony area could use some attention, loose patio tiles, drafts door and could use some tlc. Would reconsider upgrading if I were to return.

Lovely spacious room for 3 adults. Lovely views from lounge and restaurant. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Food in the bar was gorgeous and good value. The breakfast was lovely... great to have the breakfast freshly served rather than buffet. Will return and recommend

Beautiful location. The hotel captured this beauty by huge panorama windows all around the restaurants. The room was bigger than most and everything was so clean and comfortable. The dinner at night was delicious, big portions and fair prices. The breakfast was incredible.

The window only opened a crack, but we saw you could actually unlatch it to provide a bit more air. The room temperature was perfect after this ( otherwise it could have been a bit warm). We sleep at home with our windows open.

After mentioning it was our son's birthday, the staff had a card and chocolates in the room. And restaurant staff presented him with a birthday candle in his dessert. Great breakfast too.

Not much to dislike but we did notice there were a number of Ukrainian refugee residents in the hotel. They were quite visible with kids running through the corridors and people on sofas outside our room at 9:30 in the evening talking loudly on their phone. This was a little off putting.

Breakfast was beautiful rooms comfy and clean staff very nice and so helpful especially a lady behind reception

We left behind a very expensive charger we called in the same day we left. Charger was not found?..... very odd......... that was upsetting as if you accidentally leave belongings behind you d hope staff that found would report and get it back to owner

Good value for money, beautiful food and friendly staff and plenty of them. We've stayed there a few times now mainly because of the reasons above and also it had a great location being on the outskirts of Tralee and close to the beautiful Banna beach

The only thing I didn't like was that I ordered a Gin and Tonic which was served in a mineral glass taking from the experience. I know it sounds silly but we don't go away much or drink much due to having children and we were away on our own and went for a few drinks

Travelling with 2 toddlers the kids menus available for dinner and breakfast were more than we expected. Staff were extremely helpful, At dinner my meal went cold (as I was attending to the kids) I asked a member of staff to just pop it in the microwave but she came back with a fresh meal. Way beyond my expectations. Room was very spacious, enough for the kids to run and play, Location was central for shopping in Tralee and a walk in Ballyheigue beach.

Fabulous room, bed, shower...... everything spotless. Very roomy. Comfortable bed. Loved everything about it! There were Ukrainians on the two bottom floors, but the children were especially polite, holding doors etc. The adults and teens were also very friendly.

I'd thought the breakfast was included in the €117 nightly rate and found out we had to pay an extra 20€. I thought I'd paid upon arrival, but receptionist on checkout said I hadn't. So I paid again, as I genuinely couldn't remember....wed booked several places! . I did get a phone call within 10 minutes of leaving saying that I HAD paid the bill on arrival! But a bit inconvenient!

lovely atmosphere and the views were stunning we stayed 2 nights and we didn’t hear a sound in our room at any stage we couldn’t get over how quiet it was which made our stay much more relaxing

the breakfast! and this one would be down to the chef because my sister and I asked for soft poached eggs but u could have bounced them off the ground which led to the fact that we choose to go elsewhere for breakfast the second morning, but evening meals were delicious with a good choice unlike breakfast
