Convenient for one one night. Great check in and check out experience.

Poor service in the restaurant both evening and breakfast. No soap in the shower, a bit late to do anything about it once you are in the shower-bottle was not transparent so I couldn’t see it was empty.

We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at your hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained; a truly calming and peaceful atmosphere. The welcome note with our name on the TV was a lovely! The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We slept wonderfully and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We found the parking area to be somewhat congested, especially during peak hours. We believe that re-evaluating the parking space layout could improve accessibility for all guests, particularly families. Adding a dedicated games room or entertainment area for children and families would be a welcome addition. A swimming pool would also be a fantastic amenity.

This hotel is what every hotel should aspire to be. I would rate it 12/10 if I could. It was one of the best experiences at a hotel I've had. The staff was amazing. Give everyone a bonus. They are so attentive, helpeful, and lovely, often anticipating your needs and keeping an eye out in case you need something. THE FOOD. The scones! The bread! Every bit of food! Amazing, worth every penny. The breakfast included in the price is more than worth it. The hotel is gorgeous, decorated with such good taste and care, it is such a welcomed changed from chain hotels that are all the same and a bit soulless. The decoration in the hotel is so enjoyable, it creates a fantastic atmosphere. The facilities are SPOTLESS. The rooms are well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I couldn't hear a single thing from adjacent rooms. The location is super convenient as well: close enough to everything but juuuust distant enough that you need not worry about noise from pubs.

I don't have a single bad word to say about this hotel or our experience here.

Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We started each day with a delicious breakfast (with a lot of options / variety). We ate at the restaurant for dinner on our first evening. Despite being busy, the restaurant was able to accommodate us which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. We had a rental car and parking was easy and plentiful. The location was great - close to coffee shops and restaurants! On top of it all the hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly!

Nicely decorated. Nice shower. Nice breakfast. Really lovely breakfast actually. You don't get eggs royale on many menus. So good. Complimentary water. Nice staff. Hotel just tucked away from main street so not noisy but also very central

The fact that window barely opens in room and no air con in room. That's the only flaw that I feel affected me. It wasnt a massive issue. But when two grown men are in a room after drinking heaps of stout and have stomachs full of kebabs, it would be nice to have a bit more ventilation.

Breakfast on the first morning was a disaster we waited 40 minutes for our hot breakfast when we did eventually get it the plate was floating with grease. The second morning we were served within 10 minutes and it was lovely. Lovely comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant. I asked a member of staff if we needed to book a table for dinner she told me we could walk in anytime. At 6.30 I asked for a table to be told none available until 8.30, we went elsewhere and got a beautiful meal. We had dinner at the hotel the second evening and it was lovely.

The price of the drink was horrendous and they had no draft coors light on Sunday night.

Breakfast was very good, the rooms were excellent and dinner was very good also. This 4 star hotel was in an easy walk to the town center and was walkable from the train station. Staff were friendly and help full.

Not to be negative but the weekend rates were steep. We booked for 1 night and the rate was good but needed to change our plans to spend a extra night. We weren't able to book a extra night thru booking.com? Reason was they we were only able to book 2 nights and not add a night? So we cancelled the 1 night and re booked for 2 and the price doubled on us. Ouch!!! Not very nice! especially with our currency exchange rate...

The decor was chosen to perfection. It was both luxurious and comfortable. The way the room was decorated gave a sense of space and comfort, warm browns and creams .The bathroom was spacious with lovely Voya toiletries which were both luxurious and invigorating. We awaken to a very hearty breakfast with a lovely selection of options on the menu…..This hotel is a gem.Location, ambience, food, decor and staff were faultless

The only fault we had was our dinner in the hotel that evening ,my main course arrived to table a bit “Luke warm”this was rectified immediately .

Excellent is not an adequate word to describe The Ashe Hotel Absolutely beautiful hotel, our suite was incredible. Seriously comfortable bed and seating area. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared and served in a stunning dining room. Every member of staff we came across couldn't do enough to help - real genuine customer service. Special thanks to Vicky on reception who gave us advice about which way to drive the ring of Dingle (Connor Pass to Dingle) and recommended Murphy's brown bread ice cream (absolutely delicious) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to check out. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Wish we had booked for longer

The breakfast was well prepared and catered for different needs. We thought that the positioning of the different types of buffet needed to be thought through a little more as it didn't seem logical to separate the more continental style into two parts. The room was fine

Approaching the hotel from the rear of the property was a bit of a shock looking at the buildings and road way, both of which looked a little run down and even the signage of the hotel could be included here. The town of Tralee itself was a little sad looking and down on its luck a bit with very little there to look at apart from the museum
