breakfast was delicious, well cooked and presentable. staff in the dining area were very friendly and very professional . I heard them speaking to other guests and asking them if they needed anything on a few occasions especially people with children. they were warm and welcoming. room was very comfortable and the bed also. Location was perfect right in the middle of town in walking distance to everything.

there was nothing I didn't like. I was wondering how accessible the upstairs rooms are to persons with disabilities as I did not see an accessible lift ( wide lift opening to 1 m . The hotel is a little older, but has lovely welcoming and helpful staff and a very nice atmosphere. .

It's prob good sign, of plenty of use, the decor could do with being freshened up but the staff and atmosphere is lovely

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the facilities especially the pool and the jacuzzi was a great experience! The room we got took my breath away it was absolutely massive! Lovely spacious room with a great tv and lovely bathroom! It was very very comfortable Staff were very nice and friendly especially Laura who greeted us every morning at breakfast! Its very central and within a few mins walk from the Aquadome and has a beautiful cafe right across the road that sells lovely coffee, loved that parking was free of charge and it had a huge parking area

We love everything about this property and already planning our trip back! We had nothing negative to say about the hotel we loved every second!

Receptionist very pleasant. Male Bar steward was too busy looking at his phone to notice you waiting at the bar.

It was a newly refurbished room, very nice but due to it facing a busy street it could have done with a Voile curtain at the window for a bit of privacy during daylight hours. The shower was large with only a small shower screen, the shower tray was raised so the water was pouring onto the bathroom floor, not the best design. Also the bathroom door wasn't full size width so for the larger guest it may be a struggle to get through.

Our rooms were great,! Superb, and absolutely spotless too. Very comfortable, with all you need. Comfortable and very clean.. Location ideal, lots of parking. Food was good Staff were helpful and friendly, esp the breakfast staff.

Too minor to list, overall was great General areas could benefit from upgrade,, but the rooms surpass the overall first impression

we didn't like the breakfast. the menu was varied but some meats and cheese would have been nice. coffee was cold and not nice. We find this in most hotels. Tea was freshly brewed and good. Service at breakfast was excellent. cooked breakfast was only ok sausages not good. Hoping to provide constructive criticism, only overall we enjoyed our stay

Everything was very good. Room was bright and very clean. Easy access via lift. Large carpark at rear of hotel. Breakfast was predictable. Bar food was good and staff were excellent.

Only one tiny complaint. Bathroom was a bit small. It was not suitable for anyone with any health issues. There were no handrails in the toilet area. This left it a bit difficult to get off the 'throne' for anyone with reduced mobility.

Excellent Hotel in an excellent town location with very comfortable rooms, good leisure facilities (enjoyed a swim in the pool) and very good value food served in the bar. We stayed 2 nights and would happily return if ever touring in that location again (It was our base for completing the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle peninsula)

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, decor a little quaint but lovely (delightfully old fashioned bedside lamps), bar food and drinks very satisfactory.

Breakfast was disappointing. No prepared fruit (one of my favourite aspects of hotel breakfasts), no cheese/cold meats on offer, no menu offered (I hoped French Toast might be on offer). I did ask for and got a freshly fried egg. Selection of breads/pastries was poor.

Great location, and a good leisure centre. The staff were all very good an friendly.

While the hotel is clean and well run, it is clearly dated. The bar food menu was good and well priced, but the breakfast menu could do with some modernising.
