Everything about Churchfield B&B was exceptional. Aoife (E-fa) our hostess greeted us with the warmth of family. The room was well-appointed and clean. Breakfast was amazing! The offerings included full Irish breakfast, waffles (delicious!), eggs with smoked salmon (out-of-this-world!) and fresh baked goods! Nearby, two pubs offered trad music performed by some of Ireland's best musicians. The B&B is an easy distance to Cliffs of Moher which Aoife suggested we visit at sunset. Just stunning! It is also in the heart of The Burren. We spent the day exploring her recommendations - she even provided a highlighted map. Even with all the activity, the nights were quiet and peaceful. The bed so comfortable, that when our head hit the pillow, we were instantly asleep. We're recommending Churchfield to everyone we know!

A true Bed & Breakfast with top rate amenities gave us all the conveniences of home in a tranquil setting. The host family are lovely and were very attentive to our needs. After a day at the Cliffs of Moher, this was the perfect spot to turn in for the night, and it is very short walking distance to two pubs; the one we attended had great food and lively Irish musicians in to entertain the guests. A very nice escape from the hustle of city life, this natural area of breathtaking beauty is fortunate to have places such as this for travelers to unwind amidst and revel in the many charms of Western Ireland. Comfortable sleep and a first class proper Irish Breakfast. Truly splendid.
Nothing comes to mind. It was perfect for our stay.

If you're looking for an authentic family-run B&B experience, this is the gold standard. I travel often due to work - and I've had the privilege to stay in so many places all over the world (Japan, Estonia, Malta, Portugal, South Korea, Germany, USA etc etc etc). Churchfield is going to hold a special place in my heart. My big mistake was not booking more nights in this lovely place! (if you end up feeling the same way, just ask them if they have extra rooms available). Aoiefa and her family has taken so much trouble to make you as comfortable as possible - it's all the little things from the tea & coffee in the room, the hot water bottle, the thoughtfully provided toiletries etc. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was warm & inviting. You can tell they love their guests, they are passionate about what they do, and hospitality is what they are all about. The location is excellent for an adventure to the Cliffs of Moher, and the Aran Islands. Not to mention that across & along the street you can walk to Irish pubs with trad music (even though we were there in an off season). All in all it was a memorable stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your family home ❤️

This B&B surpassed my expectations. Aiofe was very welcoming and warm. She gave me great recommendations and was just great to chat with. The room was beautiful, cozy and luxurious. The bathroom was spacious and clean. And breakfast was AMAZING. The location is great - 10 min drive to the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre and to Doolin Ferries. The town is adorable and has good pub options and shopping in small family run businesses. I hope I'm lucky enough to return here again one day.
Absolutely nothing, I only wish I was able to spend more time there.

Fantastic location, at least two pubs/restaurants within a minute or two walk. Delicious breakfast choices, including Irish breakfast, scrambled eggs with salmon, porridge and more. You can also make your own coffee, tea, hot chocolate in your room with the provided supplies. Very pleasant guest lounge upstairs to relax in. Nice touch was the basket of adapters you could borrow if needed. Good lighting in room and bathroom. Convenient parking in front of building. Aiofe was so welcoming and helpful, made us feel at home right away. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

The Bus stop was right in front of the property, which made it very convenient to get to and to travel to and from the cliffs. Everything was neat and well cared for. We cannot say enough good things about Aoife who was extremely nice and friendly. The property has been in the family for many years. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast area was clean and quaint. It was very close to 2 pubs and a Bistro. We went to one right down the street for great meals and nice live music. Highly recommended!
Nothing. Everything was great

The breakfast was big enough to keep you going for the day. There was a great selection and plenty of it. Aoife could not do enough for you, she was so nice, and very helpful. Made the stay feel like you were part of the family.
Can’t fault anything with the B&B , the only thing was the weather on the Saturday could not see the cliffs ! ! Local pubs were great with plenty of music , and the food and service was very good

The couple that owns this property was so warm and welcoming. The rooms were nicely updated, very clean, and had all the amenities anyone would require. The location was walkable to two nice restaurants that had live music - a real bonus for our group! Breakfast was excellent and served in a quaint dining area that was light and bright! Don’t let the starkness of the exterior photo put you off - the attention to interior details makes up for it! We will definitely return again!
Everything was perfect- nothing NOT to like!

Very convenient to the town and local tourist attractions such as Cliffs of Mohr. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Room was well equipped with everything we needed. There was also plenty of common space to enjoy tea of a cup of coffee. Owners were also extremely friendly and nice. Breakfast was hearty and very good!
Nothing. Everything met my expectations.
