On booking.com it says they serve excellent breakfast. of course I knew it wasn't included in the price but we expected it to be served at an extra cost. it will be better not to add the good breakfast claim so tht people know in advance

We rented two bedrooms in the house. Both were spacious, very clean, and offered lovely views. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to reserve us a table at a restaurant he recommended, which was much appreciated. The TV and internet access worked well and added to a comfortable stay.
It wasn’t an issue for us as we had a car, but the house is a bit too far to walk to the pubs if that is what you are hoping to do. During our stay, no other rooms were occupied, which gave us a relaxed, private experience. However, if all the rooms were booked, noise awareness might become more of a concern.

The Cahermaclanchy House B&B is a modern, well appointed and comfortable accommodation close to the village of Doolin. Martin greeted us and made us feel welcomed as we arrived. Three of us booked the "Triple" room , which consists of a two adjoining bedrooms, which worked well as a couple traveling with an older parent. The ensuite was very spacious and well kept with everything one could need. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and we appreciated the care with which Martin took to accommodated requests. We recommend the Cahermaclanchy House B&B and would certainly stay again!
Everything met our expectations!

Such a comfy, clean and well located B&B. Very quick drive to Cliffs of Moher, Doolin caves, and the pubs of the small town of Doolin. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it seemed brand new and immaculate. Beds were super comfortable, had a small kitchen and living room area where the kids could watch Disney and Netflix(using our account). Martin was an amazing host and was so helpful with everything we needed. Very substantial breakfast with a choice of pancakes or bacon and eggs and also had juices, cereal, fruit, etc. Our kids met some of the kids that live next door and had so much fun meeting their pony and playing soccer. This is exactly what we were hoping for at an Irish B&B!

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Also, the place was very clean and the host was very nice and approachable/ easy to communicate with.
Based on some of the pictures online and the fact that there was a dining space in the house downstairs, I think that a continental breakfast used to be available. I would love to see that offered again or just having a small refrigerator either in a communal space or in the rooms would be really useful.

Our stay at Cahermaclanchy House B&B was absolutely splendid. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, offering all the comforts one could ask for. Nestled amidst the lush green expanses of the Irish countryside, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. But still very close to Doolin. Due to its serene location, it is somewhat remote. If you don't have a car, be sure to arrange taxi rides well in advance. The host, Martin, was exceptionally kind and efficient, preparing a fantastic breakfast for us each morning. There's little to say other than: just book it!

Room was spacious, clean and really nice. Easy access on the first floor. The breakfast was good, made to order. Parking was so easy- steps from our car to the room was really nice. Although the place is out of town a bit, it is a straight shot form town to the B&B so we didn't hesitate to drive at night to get there.
Check in was clumsy because there was no staff member there, and we were instructed to call them, but our phones would not place a call. We eventually made contact with the host and then it we were in with no problems.

Martin was an outstanding host...and a wonderful cook. Breakfast was terrific every day. He was especially thoughtful of me as a solo traveler. The surroundings are lovely, green fields with sheep, cows, and horses. Very peaceful. It was just what I wanted on this trip to enjoy the special feeling of Ireland; and Martin was the epitome of Irish hospitality.
There was nothing I didn't like about Cahermaclanchy House. It is especially nice if you have a car, being 3km out of town. Even for me walking, it was ok and there is taxi service if needed.

This was our favorite place to stay on our trip in Ireland! The location was great in many ways - a short drive to local pubs with live music, close to the Cliffs of Moher, and beautiful landscape all around! The room was as advertised - quaint and cute. Parking was great too. We were able to park in the driveway and off the street.
At night it got a little hot during our trip in late August. I had brought a portable fan, but not the correct wall plug converter to use it. Plan accordingly if you are going in a warmer time of year and get hot at night!
