We booked 3 apartments for a family of 8 adults and 5 children for the weekend. The apartments were excellent. Clean,very spacious and nicely decorated. Washing machine not used but would be handy for longer stays, dishwasher microwave etc in kitchen. Right beside the spa and pool. The hotel itself us very family friendly with lots of open spaces and good food served with a friendly smile. We liked it so much my husband and I stated on for an extra night in the main hotel. Room was modern and spacious.

Just small things...like the TV in the hotels regular bedroom way too small for the size of the room. The music in the bar on the Sunday night was nt good. Guy "singing" too loudly old Irish songs from the 70s.. think we ve all gone beyond that in such a great hotel!

The hotel was comfortable interesting building . Nice pool spa outdoor jacuzzi , only let down was maybe the spa organisation - so we told the pool attendant at counter we were going to spa and needed hat for pool he gave us hats and towel said changing room over there and make sure to go to spa before treatment time , but spa itself has lockers hats nd etc in its own section altho the door from pool to spa is broken so wen some of us did move our stuff to spa and went thru spa door to pool we got stuck in pool and had to wait for pool staff to go all around pool into spa and open door from the other side - which toke a few tries seems one side is slightly broken and the other is broken - anyway bar breakfast dinner lunch was lovely the grounds its self with walks by river forest up to graveyard are nice also

Bit pricey - phone signal not great - some bad roads around parts of clare

Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking onsite. Hotel was quiet and warm. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options available. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Restaurant had lovely evening meals.

It was unfortunate during our stay that the bar was closed for renovations, and although you could sit in the large common area and have drinks brought out to you by the staff, it wasn't the same atmosphere. The only real fault I could find was a sizeable amount of dust around some of the furnishings and light fittings in the room. A little more attention to detail might be required

The location and views of the falls from the hotel entrance were lovely. The spa facilities were good and the rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel itself feels like a convention centre. The food in the restaurant was disappointing. Having to pay for mandatory swimming hats for the entire family in order to use the pool felt a bit tight. Overall it seemed a high price to pay for a mid experience.

A most beautiful family run hotel that was tucked away in Ennystimon, well done all from a lovely welcome at reception to room service/cleaning, to dining both breakfast and dinner (night entertainment 👌) and leisure centre (spot on👍)....staff are very engaging and pleasant...well done all...a lovely relaxing experience all round..and so central to all historical sights and great information provided on local tourist interests...amazing 😊👍

I hate to say bar menu was super 1st night, but could alternate on other nights as there are absolutely limited restaurants in Ennystimon...just a wee suggestion....but definitely catered for families..thanks for all

Spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful lobby. Spa. Bar food is very tasty. View on the river and falls. Good breakfast.

Floor in the room was dusty, with hair and dust balls around, wasn’t cleaned well. Smell and taste of the tap water is very specific, like it’s from the river. Fine for me, but my wife didn’t like it, so even washing hands was a bit of an issue. Water in the spa was fine though. Spa (pool, sauna, etc.) was included in the room’s price. I forgot my slippers. I asked for a pair in the spa reception, but they said it’s only for spa customers (those who pay additional money for massage, etc., as I understand). I can understand this, but cannot agree. You could do a bit more for your customers.

I had a wonderful night at the Falls. The room was GORGEOUS (and spacious) - I took pictures. I received wonderful service when I dined that evening at the hotel bar (superb superfoods salad) from the attentive and kind staff. The breakfast on offer the next morning was delicious, and the service bar none. What a gem!

As an international traveler, it would have been useful to know what toiletries are provided by the hotel (and aren't provided), so that I could have been prepared to bring along my own conditioner and body lotion (shampoo and body wash were provided). Hardly a deal breaker, but were I to make a tweak, it would be to add this information.

I was in room 108 and I loved the room and the shower space in the bathroom. The bed, was a little high for my short legs but was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were amazing. I had dinner the evening of my arrival. The service and food was very good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I noticed a message on the bathroom wall about towel reusage thus perhaps another message can be added as to how to get the hot water from the shower. I turned the dial every which way and lukewarm water is all I could get! Maybe there is a 'secret' knack to it....?

The location in town was so quaint and lovely. I love the donkeys in the field. The food at the bar was superb. I love how close it is to the main street of that town. Beautiful walk from the hotel to the streets of the town. I love the proximity to the Cliff’s of Moher from this town.

We had a difficult time getting to our room we got lost. It would have been helpful to have a little map to get to our room or maybe even a person who could walk us some of the way because the direction by the our front desk agents were a little confusing.

The spa was amazing, some of the best facial and massage treatments I've had. Really relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed the stay at the Falls Hotel.

We were attending a wedding in doolin and we got locked out of your hotel on the Sunday night. There should be a phone number available to call staff on duty as we were locked out for at least 10 or 15 minutes, not sure if we'd get in or not. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the stay.
