All very good for the price, I again had a wonderful time!

The mode of entering the house at night should be approved. Pinning a telephone number on the door that you need to use to call a night watchman after 11 simply has too many potential sources of error (note falls off, phone battery dead or phone lost, "human error" on the part of the night watchman, ...). I have heard of problems from other guests. It always worked for me, although if possible I preferwd to be back before 11. I think the standard should be different, even in a hotel that is not too expensive.

I can't fault the cleanliness. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels. Room a little dated but at the same time very functional. Fan provided which made the room very comfortable in the heatwave. Very friendly staff on check in. Overall, very happy and would stay again when in the area. Brilliant location, just by the Abbey Street Car Park.

Some rails or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels would be useful.

I really enjoyed the location and the room was really good. The bed was big! They did have some USB charging outlets, very thoughtful! We also had a nice view out! They were doing some renovation and upgrading in the rooms and on some floors so understandable that some things were missing. I would definitely stay here again! :) Very cozy vibe!

We were missing some lights in the bathrooms and another mirror in the room would have been great! We would have appreciated if the breakfast could have been served earlier that it did (8.30am), therefore we didn't had the chance to try it because we had to leave to head out on the road to our next destination. But the raspberry muffin and coffee in the Café downstairs was nice.

I loved everything about this stay. Reception and housekeeping were so welcoming, you have a coffee shop on your doorstep and great food downstairs in the restaurant. There was nothing to complain about. My room was newly done up and the bathroom and shower were great 🤩🥰 If you’re looking for somewhere central then I would for sure stay here. When I come back to Ennis I will stay here again 🙌🏻

There was nothing I didn’t like. I had WiFi and a lovely quiet room it was peaceful and relaxing.

Queens Hotel is in a brilliant location in Ennis, next to some fantastic pubs and above a coffee shop. I was pretty worried about the reviews about the loudness at night, but decided to risk it because it was well-priced. I was very pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a problem at all for my stay - but keep in mind that I stayed on a Monday night. Due to low ratings on Booking.com, I was also worried it would feel like a bit of a dive, but it didn't at all! I am really glad I stayed at Queens Hotel!

The front door of the hotel does not feel very secure - it is at the side of a building, it wasn't locked, and people entering don't have to pass reception on their way in because the reception is off in a room to the side. In combination, these things make me feel like it wasn't super secure. I was not given any information about connecting to the wifi. It wasn't essential for me, but it would have been useful. There is no hairdryer in the room, but they will bring you one if you ask reception.

I liked the room layout. The TV was fairly close to the bed, and not too small. The room lighting was very cozy and warm. The bed was comfy. We had lots of pillows. The shower was pretty good. Big enough and good settings. Lots of towels and soap provided. A very nice, long desk for working, too.

The bathroom and shower could use a couple of rubber slipmats or something, just for safety.

Great location for our visit. Comfortable beds and refurbished rooms. Friendly staff. There are lots of pubs and eating places nearby. Easy links to airport. Despite several warnings about noise at the venue we were not disturbed by the nearby night club sound.

Shower sealant needed cleaning in one small corner. Could have done with a toilet roll holder and perhaps a shower non slip mat or surface.

We had a room at the back, which was a bit away from the band. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast, which were very good. The carpark was on abbey Street, which was very close. Staff friendly, room comfortable and clean. We didn't have a view, but not bothered tbh.

The band playing. However the hotel pre warn you of this so it was fine really ,as I brought ear plugs. The plus to this is you're in a prime location, so it's not really a true negative

Location is amazing. Directly downtown.

The bed (rm 104)was hard and the window looked into a rooftop with a fan going all night. The only way to stay cool was opening the window so the noise from the fan was going all night. Other than that, great location, very friendly staff and the price was decent for the location.
