We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel totally welcome when we were greeted by Marina at reception. We loved that there were plenty of activities to choose from, especially travelling with a toddler. The playground, the fairy garden, the mini farm, and the walking trail - perfect for our family trip. We had the nicest lady Shirley greet us for breakfast each morning. Breakfast buffet - great selection of both hot and cold options. Also, a mini pancake station for kids. We ate in Quench bar both evenings and the food was beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating. The bar staff: Fernando, Anusha, Mattias, and Kayla - were so nice and made our time there a memorable one. They were fantastic with our son and a pleasure to meet. We also booked into the spa for treatments. I went for a back neck and shoulder massage with Courtney - who was very friendly and put me into complete relaxation mode. I then headed to the relaxation suite where there were a variety of refreshments. Then, onto the outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a swim - perfect me time treat. Also, to the lovely lady Majella at the front desk at the leisure centre , it was a pleasure chatting with you.
The pool was a bit on the small side.

A Memorable Stay Made Even Better by Fernando We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and convenient—parking was easy and accessible, which made check-in a breeze. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel itself offered great amenities that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the onsite restaurant, which was both convenient and delicious. But what truly made our experience stand out was Fernando, the bartender. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. His passion for whiskey was contagious, and he went above and beyond to share his favorites with us. And when it came to Guinness, Fernando truly set the bar—out of our entire time in Ireland, his pours were by far the best. Creamy, smooth, and absolutely perfect every time. Thanks to the great service, comfortable accommodations, and especially Fernando’s warm hospitality, this hotel became a highlight of our trip. We’ll definitely be back

This is a brilliant hotel to stay at. The staff are absolutely wonderful and it has a real family/personal feel to it. Every staff member was warm and welcoming and the facilities are first rate. We especially liked the junior farm attached to the site managed by Pat who invited us to meet him one morning to feed the animals in his charge. Every animal had a story of how it came to the farm. They are all very obviously well cared for and healthy. Also the Front Office manager Annette McDonagh who stopped to talked to us in the lift lobby one day to ask us about our stay and find out our opinion of the hotel. We told her we were celebrating our wedding anniversary at the hotel and on the day there was a special setting of a bottle champagne on ice waiting for us in our room on our return from our day out sightseeing. It was wonderful and made us feel really special. I'm not sure if pat knew about our anniversary, I think he does the same with all guests. I'd Also like to mention Shirley the Maitre D of the restaurant who really made our stay there even better. She knew about our special day and made sure that every meal was special. Thank you all very much
The plug for the kettle and coffee maker in our room was tucked away out of reach of my wife but I did tell the maintenance people who are going to refurbish the rooms soon ( they were perfect in every other way) so I'm sure that issue will be attended to.

Enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel Limerick. Spacious hotel. Great parking. Lovely playground for the kids. Great restaurant. Room was lovely and spacious with a bunk bed for the kids which they loved. Although the hotel was busy it was quiet and not noisy. No noise at night. Staff were brilliant from Reception to Bar/Restaurant/Breakfast to Cleaners, friendly and welcoming. Evening food was superb with a great choice. Breakfast was amazing with many options.
Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Pillows were very soft. Didn’t get a great nights sleep as a result. Hot tub and steam room were not working. Confusion over hot buffet breakfast on display in the morning yet we were asked to order at our table.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, so I mentioned it when booking our stay. We were delighted to discover we were upgraded to a superior room when we arrived, but when we reached the room we discovered it was actually a suite! As if this wasn't amazing enough, we were presented with happy anniversary balloons, a bottle of prosecco and a gorgeous dessert on a plate with "Happy Anniversary" written on it, in chocolate. There was also a hand written card from Dagmar, the Guest Experience Manager. There were other members of staff who went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as it was, including Fauco at reception, Fernando and the other bar staff, and the lovely staff at breakfast. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the food was excellent. I can't fault it in any way. An amazing experience for our special occasion.

Emphasis for staff seemed to be on trying to be as polite and helpful as possible, however not really achieving . For example bar staff smiling and engaging at all times , but forgetting ones orders and treating locals in a blatantly preferential fashion . Similiarly check in and front desk in general seemed barely capable of completing the task of signing me in, and incapable of answering the most basic question without consulting with ...the boss....somewhere in the back room.

Breakfast was brilliant. Staff amazing. I was remembered from previous stay at the hotel. I thought that was lovely. I can't remember the servers name - she has Brown hair in curls like a bit of a perm, lovely smile. She makes everyone happy. Also the pool was great for a quick dip, and the jacuzzi was lovely.
Dinner not great. I had the turkey and ham at 17.50, it was served with a scoop of mash and a few batons of carrots and parsnips. Small portion - it was like a half portion you would get somewhere else. I said it to staff but was largely ignored until the end when I made a point of it, then I was offered a pudding on the house. Make the portions a decent size. Brilliant waiter. The young Irish college going waitress should learn some manners.

Very nice if expensive stay in the Radisson Limerick. Lovely hotel and staff. Great facilities. Only disappointment was the gas fires in the foyer no longer regularly lit which I used to love and enhanced my stay. I loved sitting by them with a drink at night. It's also gotten very expensive to stay here which is such a shame. Next year I think we will go to Malaga instead which works out cheaper even including flights. Ireland is becoming too pricey to stay even though I absolutely would prefer to stay here ..

The hotel was spacious and very clean. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.
