The restaurant has excellent food. The rooms were clean. We were not bothered by staff during our stay (which was fairly short, since we arrived late for check-in, and had an early flight). The reservation and check-in process was seamless, and easy. A very reasonable place close to the Shannon airport.

The rooms are a bit small. The tub/shower is a bit high off the floor, making it a challenge if you are older, or have mobility issues (we don't, but I could see it being a problem if you have trouble stepping high to get in and out of it). In addition, the glass shower flip door has no seal, so water ends up all over the floor.

Clean and efficient with restaurant on site and located closely to airport.

Three issues where number one affects everyone. 1 - Pricing was gouging because of its location. Was located in corporate/business park that was busy most hours of entire day. 2- Staff management could have handled a request better; I asked if they would help me with a local phone call as my cell service couldn’t make calls out. Manager was indirectly asked (via clerk) and sent word back that I could email my contact instead. Why not come out and say no? 3 - I had allergic reaction (hives) to washing powders used on linens and had to shower then sleep in clothes to avoid further contact. The sheets smelled heavily of bleach.

Location was convenient perfect and ideal for our visit to Bunratty to visit Santa and Galway christmas markets the following day. Comfortable enjoyable stay. Catherine the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So pleasant and welcoming on arrival and a great asset to have for your business. Beautiful dinner and breakfast couldn't find fault with anything and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would look forward to staying here again in the near future. Couldn't find 1 thing I didn't like about this place.

That is was close to the airport

We were given a room in the far back of the property and I found a door that would let me park the car closer for unloading our bags. We had to be at the airport at 5 am the next morning and those doors were locked, going in OR out. An inconvenience at best, a fire hazard at worst. Since I had to go out the front door, walk all the way around the building to where I parked the car, pull it up to the front of the building and have all 3 members of our party drag their luggage from the back of the property to the front before we could leave. We also missed breakfast that started at 6. A property so near the airport should know that the first flights out are around 7 AM and the recommendation is travelers be at the airport 2 hours early for security, should have some food ready at 5.

We only stayed one night to be close to Shannon Airport.

We were greeted in the parking lot by a rude bus driver and assistant. 4 employees witnessed this encounter, and never offered assistance. They were upset that our taxi driver took longer than expected and they approached myself and husband two different times. It became apparent that these people were well known to the hotel employees. I explained to one employee that our driver was having technical difficulties with his pay station, and the reply was “I know you’re a victim”. It wasn’t very welcoming

The property and rooms are lovely , clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were very good and went the extra mile to make the trip even better.

We arrived back late at the bar due to being at an event and wanted to enjoy a nightcap before bed, which we did but it took a lot of effort to get the bar staffs attention to serve us, only part of the trip that made us feel uncomfortable and that we weren’t welcome.

The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was great and had a big bathtub so I could bathe my toddler son. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was perfect. On top of it, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

It was a huge pain to have to carry our stuff up the stairs to the second floor. It's a hotel near an airport, there really should be an elevator.

Location was perfect for what we needed . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms perfect and clean . Hotel is beautiful, plenty of car parking space . Breakfast great value for a large family .

Overall I would give it 10/10 and recommend to other family’s that needs a base to explore Limerick . The bar was a little cold that was the only thing but we will still be returning. We didn’t get a chance to try the bar menue which we plan on doing on our return trip next year !

Was a quiet hotel , room we stayed in was clean , bright and big. I would recommend though booking the king bed size room if possible, we found the double bed just a bit small , but the mattress , duvet and pillows were really comfortable. Hotel is only ten minute or so drive from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

Good location. Rooms were not huge but were clean and had enough ameneties including tea/coffee facility, iron & ironing board, wardrobe and a small TV. Lovely bar food and nice breakfast too.

The bathroom floor tiles including inside the shower, were extremely slippery. Shower door was broken (was missing) which meant the floor was soaking after showering.
