This is such a lovely hotel! It's very cute. My room was adorable. The bathroom was especially nicely outfitted. I love that the rooms are named after literary figures! The location is great. I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and served in a really pretty room. It's just a totally lovely hotel.

Honestly, everything was fantastic! No complaints!

Everything! I had a lovely stay. They held my bag until I could check in at 4. When I got there, they cashed about what time I would like breakfast. The receptionists walked me to my room and they ordered tea to my room. The bed was luxurious as was the rosemary, lavender sea salt soak that I had that night. Bathrobe and slippers too. I felt pampered. Breakfast was delicious! A variety of breads, starters and main items. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and very comfortable. A short walk to O’Connors street for shopping. Loved it!

My only complaint would be you have to keep turning the sink handles for any water to come out. Seems a bit odd, especially for such a posh place.

A beautiful oasis of calm in the heart of Limerick. Excellent, hospitable and charming service by Damien, Mary and Ben. Luxuriously comfortable bed and a,great shower and bath; handmade lavender and rosemary bath salts and Voya products brought the experience to a new level. Great breakfasts, scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict and full Irish were all great. Loved the stout bread, coffee and walnut and cheese and chive scones too. Every request is graciously granted and nothing is too much for the staff. Ate on three evenings too, good fish, steaks and salmon, cheese platters. Great cocktails and lovely organic wines, well chosen !

My original steak order was overcooked as were accompanying chips but it was swiftly resolved with a medium rib eye and gorgeous mash!, Everything else ..faultless!

The property is exactly how it looks at the photos however what you meant for a €300 property is the glam. Being a very experienced traveler all over the world I would recommend it €300 are too much for a very good yet, dated rooms, but they seem to be expensive, but they lack the detail. I personally find unacceptable not to have a coffee machine in the room if you pay this amount or a small refrigerator. The reception very kindly told us that if we need anything, we could ask for it at 5 o’clock in the morning given our timetable is at the proper time to call the reception and get a coffee. The breakfast was very good in a very nice place. However, asking us what time we would wish to have our breakfast made it kind of uncomfortable like having it an appointment on our vacation. It was kind of frustrating if you ask our opinion. I believe that if you offer a breakfast within time range, you should not ask the visitor what time they would wish to have their breakfast. in general terms, I find the property too much based on the US market without facilitating the luxury you should expect for this amount of money.

I have to say that of all the places I have stayed I have never come across somewhere where the staff were so kind and accommodating. I arrived at 9pm just as the kitchen closed and the receptionist immediately got a waiter to see if the kitchen could hold on to cook me something as he knew I had travelled a distance. The waiter then had food and a glass of wine ready for me by the time I finished checking in and left up my bags. The woman over breakfast was so attentive and helpful to me and others. It was actually just lovely to see the genuineness of it all. The room was really comfortable and nicely decorated. The atmosphere in general was just so cosy. It was a pity I hadn’t more time there to properly enjoy it.

Parking during the day might be an issue but wasn’t for me due to arriving and leaving outside of paid parking times.

Was extremely impressed I booked this late in the day and had little expectation just needed a bath & somewhere to sleep for the night with an early start for a race in UL. From the moment I landed I fell in love. The decor the intimacy, the staff were unbelievable. The man at reception ( apologies no name ) couldn’t have been more helpful friendly but not over kill, v genuine . I got food service to my room & Tea . The room was amazing v comfortable and stylish just the perfect size & the Epsom salt baths were made for me ! ( I had just completed 150k cycle around Clare) I had the soundest sleep ever & the morning man on duty made me a lovely coffee & we’d a great chat before heading off. I was grateful for the private car park as I had 2 bikes in the car.

That I arrived late & had to leave early!

I have done a lot of traveling lately. This was my favorite stay! I want to come back just to stay here again! I didn't get to enjoy the spa, due to scheduling, so I don't know how that aspect was. But the room was so well set up. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. This hotel really goes above and beyond to make you feel that way. The breakfast was not a typical hotel breakfast. It was a delicious chef cooked meal! Served with fresh orange juice and French press coffee! I could not ask for better. Everything was so intricately crafted to make their guests have nice stays.

The room was probably one of the most beautiful and spacious we've ever stayed in. Bed was so comfy-beautiful linens.I felt like I was in a an elegant bedroom in a mansion. The bar and dining area were just gorgeous.

The only negative was that there was not an elevator on our side, although the front desk clerk did carry my bags up for me. It was kind of hard to find -our Google maps took us there but maybe because it was raining, we had a hard time finding it. We finally googled a photo of it and came around the block again and were able to see. I think it kept saying it was on our right but it was actually on the left!

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very comfortably appointed. Rooms were air conditioned.

I made a dinner reservation for Wednesday night: I somehow missed that only small bites/plates were available on that evening - it wasn’t the full dinner menu.

Great location. Room was lovely

The woman at the front desk was friendly but spoke so quickly we couldn’t understand her. She also gave very vague directions so we had to repeatedly ask for explanations. Directed us to parking area and said she watch for us which we assumed meant she would let us in. Waited and then called on the intercom. Had a difficult time finding the button to open the gate to walk out.
