There´s only two rooms which makes it cozy. They are flexible with the check in and the place is very neat. Also the breakfast was massive with a lot to choose from so you will definitely get a full belly before heading to the road again.
If you are staying on the first floor, you will hear everything from upstairs and all the steps from the stairs too. If you are light sleeper this is not a place for you. It was quiet during the night, but this totally depends from the other quests. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold when we stayed there even though it was summer. Even for me who doesn´t feel cold very easily. Maybe Irish people are more used to the lower temperatures inside of the houses...?

This was such a great place to stay! The home was adorable, the hosts were so sweet, friendly and very gracious! They made us feel right at home. It was a nice location with restaurants and local shops near. The walking trail was really nice! This place was wonderful!
The only real complaint was the water pressure, but that was easily overlooked because everything else was great!!!

Great breakfast. Antoinette is a great host. With homemade scones & bread., this was a good quality breakfast. Beautiful house & garden in a quiet village. A handy base for the areas we wanted to explore.
Hubby prefers a double bed, but the beds are comfy. The only downside was the poor pressure in shower.

Super clean with super comfy beds. Amazing breakfast. My husband is super picky with both food and beds and he absolutely loved the bed AND the breakfast. Having the personal touch at an old fashioned Bed and Breakfast was a great start to our time in Ireland.
Parking on the road, but the road was not too busy and I was happy to have a spot to park.

The full Irish breakfast was excellent, even including four kinds of cheese to enjoy with toast or bread, The property is located in a quiet town about 20 mins out of Limerick, very beautiful and peaceful area.
The room is located upstairs, and this is a B&B so obviously no lift. This is perfectly fine since we have anticipated that and only brought small suitcases into the room, but it is something to be aware of.

Hostess warm and friendly, home beautiful, breakfast was over-the-top delicious (salmon in scrambled eggs) and plenty of good bread, and the hostess' advice on where to go for mass was perfect.
Not much to do in walking distance. There was only one pub, but my wife did not like the "feel."

Antoinette is the perfect hostess - so welcoming and warm. The view from my room was beautiful; overlooking green countryside, I was lucky to have a sunset with skies opening up. I managed a comfortable night’s sleep (after being in hotels with constant noise disruptions during the night) for which I was very grateful. Breakfast was incredibly generous in portions and the variety of spread - not to mention scrumptious.
Unfortunately no nearby restaurants - one would need to be prepared to drive 10-15 minutes to the nearby towns for lunch/dinner. Definitely not a detail that would deter me from staying - just need to be aware beforehand.

Loved everything ❤️...we were made to feel at home from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and comfortable. Antoinette's breakfast choices were fabulous...from full cooked to home made scones and muffins, cheeses, cereals and fruit. We would highly recommend a stay. John and Therese from Australia

Lovely B&B in the countryside that was a great stop on our way to the Cliffs of Mohr. The host was very kind and welcoming. Her full Irish breakfast was delicious and she made us feel right at home! We really loved seeing the sheep outside our window!
