The restaurant is outstanding. I usually go somewhere else, but here I went to their own everyday. The design of the whole place is very elegant. The staff makes you feel at home. Cleaning requestable til late. Handy no-disturb button beside the bed. Beautiful blue moodlight in the corridor and the bathroom to pee peacefully at night and sweeten your dreams. Big desk, and even the solo beds are big. Bathroom has both tub and shower, with daily restocked toiletries. Minifridge helps so much for those who want late breakfast like me, and keeps my drinks enjoyable. Perfect location in the heart of the city, right beside Dunnes. The pool area is very relaxing, smells amazing, and has a cute steamroom too. I had no issues at all during my first stay, and my second won't be the last either.

Once I saw the cleaner mix the deposit bottles together with the general waste, even though we are asked to put it beside the trashcan. Once my bedding that I put on the floor to signal that I need it to be changed was nicely put back on. I hope these discrepancies are fixed now.

The location was perfect. The hotel itself was really nice. The price was good for a 5 star.

I didn't like that. I got charged twice before I even got to the hotel. But to be fair, they upgraded us and gave us a free run of a lovely lounge with treats and refreshments. We went for a walk around then when we came back. I asked for two glasses to be sent up to the room, and they never came. I mentioned it downstairs, and they gave us two glasses of proseco free of charge. I usually don't bother saying anything, but for a 5-star hotel, I would expect them to have everything perfect and pay attention to detail.

My wife and I were traveling around Ireland and this hotel was a great stop. Great location along the river and at the edge of the downtown area with lots of pubs and grocery stores behind it. The hotel is a bit upscale with a very nice bar and restaurant. Lots of business people there, but they also treated us very well as 'holiday' guests too. We definitely recommend it.

Restaurant looked amazing , we ate in the bar area and it was very relaxing and comfortable. . Food and service was great. Location of hotel was superb. Reception staff were very welcoming.

I am being picky as the hotel is supposed to be 5 stars. We were upgraded on our arrival, but the room was lacking. Main points The bracket over the door to the patio was broken. Outdoor lights were marked and very dirty. Mould on bathroom ceiling as extractor was not working. UHT milk carton was empty and mould at botttom. Overall the hotel is lovely but our bedroom on this occasion was sadly lacking of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was absolutely spotless with beautiful decor. The bedroom was lovely and spacious, with a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I’ve ever had, offering plenty of options and a lovely seating area. All the staff members at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful or obliging. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel.

Love the location of the new reception area, check in was quick and efficient. My bags were stored as we arrived early before the room was ready. Delighted to see the bar reserved for residents only so was able to get a comfortable seat with drink service. Because of this, we stayed drinking in the hotel bar instead of going out. Received complimentary glasses of prsecco as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was nice to be acknowledged by the hotel.

Noise coming from the air handling especially when calling for heat. We were in room 601. It woke me a few times during the night but I found it easy to go back to sleep

Excellent location to City centre - Staff were very helpful and our room (8th Floor) was excellent congratulations to the housekeeping team.

1. Booking was done via Booking.com and I felt we had too many emails coming in about our upcoming stay. There was a repetition of emails from both Hotel and Booking.com. This is something that the Hotel needs to look at .......... is there repetition, how many emails does a potential guest receive? As a personal choice, two should be sufficient, in my opinion. 2. Dinner in the La Terrace on the first night was excellent. The coffee afterwards was cold and mentioned this to the waiter. There was no offer to replace it......... a minor detail for some training, perhaps? 3. Socket plugs would benefit from having USB ports included - small matter but not everyone carries a plug all the time.

Great location, convenient to lots of things

The service could have been better. Staff was very nice but the hotel restaurants lacked order and seemed like the right hand didn’t know what the left was doing. Breakfast on our last day was our first at the hotel and it was a mess. Facilities are nice, room was big and fit us all, although more storage for clothing would be good.

The staff were very pleasent and helpful when it came to questions, the location is perfect for anyone staying in limerick with parking only 1 minute away (across the road from hotel) the in-house terrace restaurant was absolutely amazing from the staff, comfort to food. I will stay again as i enjoyed the overall experience and i would reccomend anyone staying here.

The shower and bath were both un-cleaned in my opinion as there were still body hairs both from a head and pubic. However, taking into concideration the cleanliness of everything else (room, balcony, bar, restaurant) i would imagine this is not something that happens too often.

Room was extremely spacious and modern. All staff were extremely positive and helpful. Upgraded room which gave us access to executive lounge which is a must see in this hotel! Bar staff work incredibly hard and fast. Staff at reception were very informative and lovely. Such a wide range for breakfast and lovely atmosphere staff are A1! Beautiful modern hotel. Smack bang in city near to everything.
