Ideally located for what I needed. Plenty of parking. Was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Room had all the basic needs. I was on ground floor, and there was a number of people in the restaurant/bar, but even still my room felt very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area

One of the lamps in my room did not work at all. Also, the main light in the room is located beside the door into the room so even when switched on, it doesn’t really light the room, you actually need to use both lamps, which was when I discovered the one closest the window wasn’t working.

We really enjoyed the environment, breakfast was excellent and employees showed manners and respect.

Unfortunately it was noisy during the night and early morning towards the end of our stay. Alittle bit disappointed that there was no drinking water available in our room , we would have preferred water instead of tea and milk.

Breakfast was very nice, enjoyed all restaurant (Nelligans) meals. Fitness center was large and contained everything needed to get a good workout. Why do the monitors not work, though? Morning reception staff was exceptional, answered all questions and helped with calling for taxi service. Location was excellent - walking distance to Lidl and other shopping.

As mentioned, monitors in fitness center are not functional. While morning reception staff was excellent, those later in the day were not as friendly as I would expect someone representing the hotel should be. I avoided speaking with them.

Could be a " fall" hazard. Staff great. Food and drinks reasonably priced

Worst part was getting 10 emails from booking com telling me ..my Almost brand new credit card had no funds on it.. This went on and on and on . Lift your game. And don't give people stress, for NO REASON. Rooms dated...for price charged No lift.. a nightmare for older people. Carpet on stair case all blrnds in.. Could be a fall hazard.. Especially carrying heavy parts up and down.

The bathroom was a little shabby. There was a rubber seal hanging off the shower door. The paint was peeling off the bottom of the bathroom door. The window in the room was covered in hand and fingerprints and clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. We booked a 3 night stay, there were only 3 teabags for the 2 of us. Might seem very small issues but nonetheless it isn't a cheap hotel. Some of the communal areas inside the hotel were in our opinion better kept than the room itself. We believe the rooms are being refurbished at the moment so that's maybe why but we were put in room 514 which is almost the furthest away from the reception area and the hotel wasn't by any means full.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Food in bar for lunch was lovely. Bar area and reception lovely. Beds very comfortable. Ample free parking was a plus

The price was a lot for just room. The shower wasn't the best the head was to heavy for the holder had to hold it cause it'd flop down. Rooms were a bit dated compared to rest of hotel. Rooms very warm no AC being Irish hotel gather that brought my own fan.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no noise coming from the rooms next door.(they were occupied). All the Staff were excellent. They were helpful and friendly. The service was second to none. From the time we ordered anything drinks or dinner we had very little wait time. During dinner someone was always at hand if we needed anything. A 5* service in a 3* Hotel. Exceptional!!

It was in a great location near the university, with easy access to public transportation. The amenities for the room were great, and it was actually super quiet the entire stay. In actuality, we were there during an uncommonly warm weekend and hotel staff were great finding the few spare fans to help air movement in our room.

Breakfast was very good, but there could be more salad/vegetables. I stayed at the separate apartment and it was very very comfortable. As for the dinner - difficult to say as I had it only once or twice during these two weeks I stayed there, but it was very good. Very stable and fast WiFi.

Not enough salad/vegetables during the breakfast. Apart from that everything was fine.

The food was excellent and enjoyable. The room was very spacious as it was an executive double. The mattress was too firm to my liking but that did not interrupt my sleep. There were lovely spacious to sit and chat. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant, especially Hannah, Siobhan.

For my daughter who was on the ground floor it would have been better if she had a room on the first floor, the same as us, as the revellers returning on the Saturday morning (early) were very noisy and she had a training day to go to.
