Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. Room was light and Airy and beds were very comfortable.A good breakfast plenty of options .Host was lovely chatted to us for a long time and made us feel at ease she couldn't enough for us .Will definitely stay there again .Great value for money

The key box was a little hard to get into with the combination code .it was difficult to see in the dark would of been easier with a light abie it .

We had a very comfy stay after a long day of driving. The place is a bit off from the town but still very close so it's easy to find. We got in a bit late but checking in was super easy. Room was really nice and comfy too. Parking in front of the house was also smooth and free. Next morning when checking out Phyll the host recommended a wide variety of sights and activities nearby and from where we were heading. Very nice place to stay!

Phyl is a wonderful host— so warm and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Phyl took pity on us and let us check in early as we had landed that day. Phyll was very welcoming and friendly, and gave us useful advice regarding things to do in the area. Room accommodation and bathroom were great. We were self-catering and had access to a kitchen.

WiFi in the bedroom was very poor. Equipment provided in the kitchen could be better. But when we asked for items, they were very willingly provided.

The host is fantastic. Real Irish lady full of great advice and classic Irish charm!!!

The feeling of visiting a family friend was very strong with this B&B. The location and serene setting of the shannon breeze was top class. Bring back more B&B like this!!!

Excellent location with superb host nothing too much trouble for her despite being on the election trail , she would make an excellent TD and we hope Dr Phyll succeeds, breakfast was really good and served by herself and a charming lady from the kitchen

The very best of Irish hospitality in a lovely house. The location is just a short drive from the Shannon in Ballina, where there's a lovely riverside walk. We also took a short trip to the marina on Lough Derg at Garykennedy, which is well worth a visit. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was super! Thanks!

Hospitality was second to none. Clean and comfortable bed and en suite facilities, with a good breakfast which set us up perfectly for our onward journey. Only a short drive into Balina for our evening meal and a walking the dog in the park.

The Breakfast was 100% Sadie was very helpful and friendly she couldn't do anymore for us she was great. I visited my first cousins Chris,Ann, Maura ODriscroll and Mary Ryan we had a lovely break thanks especially to Shannon Breeze BxB.Youres Sincerely John Grogan and Tilda Tate.
