Food is very good, staff are great.

We had two vehicles broken into in the car park. there needs to be additional security on patrol to protect the guests vehicles.

Friendly and helping staff, the check-in/check-out was without any issues and very fast. Our room and the hotel in general were clean. Room size and comfortable beds with a lot of pillows. I also didn't hear sounds from neighboring rooms, only if someone was in the hall. Tasty breakfasts. We found everything we needed and it was good quality. Big parking.

The price is a bit too high for this hotel, because the rooms need some renovation and room facilities are very limited for the price. The window in our room was not fully closable because the lock was broken and the noise from the road was a bit disturbing. But at night it was quiet. It's not easy to adjust the shower temperature and it's impossible to change the water pressure in the shower.

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Also the restaurant Off The Bone was excellent. They even mix my mojito drink with Havana Club instead of Bacardi as they usually use it for it. The food was also very tasty, the steak was really yummy, and my husbands BBQ ribs were also very nice. The prices are reasonable. The staff was very polite and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was build in shower head because I'm not very tall and therefore my hair get wet even I didn't want it to. The hand wash on the side of the sink was dripping.

We were able to get a room just by chance due to last minute cancellation and were delighted to be greeted by the staff on arrival. We were there for the purpose of a concert and weee delighted to get the bus from the hotel and back. To our delight the bar was still serving food and had it served to us in very quick timing. Very happy to say we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will most definitely stay again when the occasion occurs.

The key card failed on two occasions and reception did fix the issue but it happened on more than one time.

A walk in shower cubicle would have made the room perfect ! I didn’t like the shower in the bath!

The staff in all departments, were awesome! The location was ideal for our purposes.

I would say a tiny thing is that food and beverage should check the freshness of the melons and fruit each day at the breakfast buffet. Several mornings the fruit was "turning".

Lovely spacious room. Drinks in the bar are very good. Dinner at the Curry restaurant was amazing. Very friendly staff throughout. Great to have a curry restaurant double as coffee and cakes! Breakfast is very good for choice, great to have the choice of gluten free and lactose free alternatives.

We chose the hotel as close proximity to UHL where my wife had an early appointment so I was a little flustered in the morning and found it a little hard to locate some things like soft butter at breakfast. Staff are very keen to help however. Perhaps it was me or maybe things could be laid out a little better in the help yourself section of the breakfast room. Also we would book directly in future as paid more with booking.com

Room was very clean but decor bit dated. bathroom was great size. had a great view overlooking the front. bed was super comfortable. indian restaurant was ok…although unable to order quite a fw things as they are only for people who do takeaway, for example: samosas!

Visiting a relative who was in hospital very ill. Location was good (walking distance to hospital). Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Shower was difficult to operate(very stiff). The food in the curry house was expensive. Couldn't eat one of the dishes, they also brought the wrong drink order and even though they said it would be complimentary it was still on the bill. The guy who told us was no where to be seen when we paid so we had to pay it.

The food in the restaurant was beautiful! From the dinner to the breakfast it was delicious! Staff were very helpful and kind. Really enjoyed staying here and if to travel again to the area for work or pleasure- It will be my first choice.

The rooms were very warm and there was no air conditioning. I rang down to reception for a fan about 11pm but the guy said there were no fans.
