The staff were exceptional in service and very nice ,the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the entertainment on both Saturday and Sunday night. Overall the hotel is a very comfortable and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Would recommend.

The only downside is the quality of the breakfast. For a four star hotel I'd expect fresh coffee, breads and fruit. The breakfast menu is limited to fried food which was okay quality but the overall, breakfast could be improved as the hotel food at the lunch and dinner was excellent so this standard should be applied to breakfast.

Everything ...the bathroom was a joy ..clean and very well appointed. The room was large and had everything a person could want. The staff was pleasant and responsive. We requested towels and it was moments before someone brought them to the door. The breakfast was terrific. We had dinner in the hotel and we were so very pleased. It was delicious. They pulled a great pint. This was our last stop before we headed back to the States. It was the cherry on our Sundae of a trip .

The staff in the morning called for a taxi to airport very kind. The gentleman said it was a van so they could accommodate three adults and four suitcases. Unfortunately a sedan showed up and when we asked for the van the driver said he would make two trips to accommodate the mix up. Great until he charged us for two trips. Not the hotels fault but they should be aware

Everything was great. It smelled good as we entered, close to the airport, shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean and bed was comfortable too. Hairdryers and irons in the rooms, bath tub and showers. Great breakfast both continental and Irish/English breakfast. Staff were nice and polite. Great bus connection to Ennis and Shannon airport and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Very clean, residential area, the hotel has a pub and a restaurant and the design is neat.

Nothing really. Price was quite high but Ireland is expensive when it comes to hotels so not more expensive than hotels. The bed was slightly small for me, I am 1m90 and my feet were just in the limit. But apart from that, all good.

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate. In particular I’d like to mention the restaurant/bar manager - I don’t recall learning her name, but she was a young blond woman. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Complimentary drinking water, tea & instant coffee. Very comfortable beds & bedding, fresh fluffy towels, good storage for clothes and ironing board provided in the room.

Breakfast was not bad. Nice to see some gluten free bread available, but would have been better if it had been a brown variety or one with seeds, as the white one from Shär is like cardboard :) The food in the restaurant was variable. The salmon with mash was really good, the ceasar salad less so. The shower in the room was not adjustable and felt sharp on the skin. Grateful for the provision of, but really didn’t like the smell of the body lotion provided.

Everything was clean throughout. Really pleasant stay. Convenient location for airport and the bus dropped me literally outside the hotel. Staff were fabulous in hotel and restaurant.

I had a meal in the restaurant. I chose the roast of the day, as I'm trying not to eat too many carbohydrates, thinking it would be full of veg and I could leave most of the potatoes. This was the best option for me on a menu, full of chips and rice etc. The roast had no proper green vegetables. Just a big portion of swede and carrot, which are also higher carbs.

This is an independent, locally owned property - it was a pleasure to stay here. The building was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were so very helpful and professional in their interactions. Besides the hotel, the building contains a lovely restaurant (fish and chips cooked to perfection) and a charming pub - Shannon Springs Hotel is a great place to recharge before or after a long flight in or out of Shannon Airport. There are bus stops immediately outside the building and you can be whisked there within minutes.

A large group of us stayed at the hotel for a family funeral. The staff at the hotel were so kind and understanding.They went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant given the sad circumstances. When the restaurant was booked out they offered our family a private area to still get food, gave us umbrellas for the rain and arranged for all our rooms to be close to each other. The rooms were clean, spacious and great value for money. I couldn't fault anything everything in the hotel was perfect and all the staff were outstanding.

This is a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. Rooms are adequate with a/c controlled in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast has great choices via buffet. Full Irish, fruit, or continental. There is wifi. There is a restaurant and pub on-site and a patio outside to sit at picnic tables if you choose to use them. Parking is available free on the property. A cinema and shopping are just a km down the road. Highly recommend this facility

Very friendly fast efficient check in with simple room directions. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. ,217 in my stay. Nice fresh comfortable bed with more than enough pillows lol 😉. Breakfast was buffet with plenty choice. I don't drink alcohol but the bar was lively and buzzing. This hotel has cracked how to offer quality efficient friendly value service. Thanks all.

I had no issues with my stay.

We were greeted by 2 very happy and friendly members of staff at check-in. I also asked if I could get a Happy Birthday message on the tv or something for my son. They arranged a dessert platter instead, which was fabulous, and he absolutely loved it. The room was a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. We attended the Munster game and got the 343 bus in, which is right outside the hotel. It took about 15 minutes to get into town, and the walk to the stadium was about 5 minutes. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again.
