Friendly staff. Good food at a reasonable price. Within walking distance of town. Also had entertainment on the night we stayed. The bed was big & comfortable. Large room with tea/coffee making facilities.

Don't know about all the rooms, but ours had seen better days. Old teak single glazed window. Worn carpet.

We received a room upgrade which was a most pleasant surprise and it was spacious and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, particularly the staff on reception

The room got cold towards nightfall and despite making contact with reception, it wasn't possible for the heating boiler to transmit any heat to our room. Breakfast was average with some of the food being overcooked

The kind and helpful staff went to great lengths to help me when we needed to sort out getting a lost wallet from Scotland. They helped me search for options and then helped me to book another night to sort things through. They were just amazing. The room was a comfortable refuge while we sorted out what to do. I can’t thank the hotel staff enough.

Everything was just great. No complaints.

We arrived on a Sunday evening to find that there was a 2 piece band which we really enjoyed and to watch a lovely Irish evening with all the locals of all ages coming and having a dancing and have a good old knee's up. The best night of our holiday so far

Lovely comfortable room, very friendly staff and great breakfast...plenty choice and you certainly would not be hungry...would have no problem in recommending this hotel.

Only stayed the one night as we were travelling on so couldn't really fault it...maybe the decor a bit dated but it certainly didn't take from a very pleasant experience.

The property had great amenities, and was very walkable to downtown. The staff was always so helpful.

The room was very warm at night, but the provided fans were helpful.

The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. The bar food menu was poor enough... the choice wasn't great at all..

The atmosphere in the hotel was really good. Hotel was full which added to this. Reception team so nice and helpful. Bar staff were very busy but gave excellent service. Good food. Music in the bar every night which was a real bonus. Room comfortable and very clean. Perfectly situated with Ennis a 5 min car drive or about 20 min walk. Will visit again.

I should have called the Hotel direct and requested a downstairs room. My husband has mobility problems and the lift was 2 corridors away from our room which did not help. I will book direct next time.

Friendliness abd helpfullness of staff...kitchen, reception and cleaning staff. Thanks to Gracie for loan of umbrella !!
