The castle was spectacular both inside & out . The food was excellent & the staff amazing

One member of the dining room staff (the tall older man was condescending to other staff in front of guests & he made several mistakes with orders then blamed other staff, he also made us feel rushed when ordering ) . Everything else was wonderful

Everything is what you would expect at a highly rated resort. The interior is wonderfully decorated and the staff is very friendly.

Honestly can't think of anything. Service slows a little when things get busy, but this is true anywhere.

Magical experience! Room was very well appointed and quite a bit more up to date than I would have expected. Castle itself and the grounds are superb.

I expected it to be very expensive and it was but sometimes it was a bit excessive. For instance I paid $40 for a single drink at the bar

breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful setting. The garden was splendid. I've seen it over 24 years and this time I was impressed with the improvements. It was wonderful to sit there in the spring air. please keep on restoring it to compliment the architecture. your staff made the stay memorable by welcoming us and helping us with our stay.

we had a lovely room but it was a long way from the main rooms. As we age, an elevator might provide easier access.

The Castle is fabulous!! We were very impressed with the nice and helpful staff and well appointed room. We loved the fancy bar and quite enjoyed the live music after dinner. The grounds are spectacular and the walled garden was lovely. The staff arranged clay shooting for us and it was A highlight! Very fun for our group who were inexperienced. Wish we could have stayed longer! Especially nice as We We’re flying out of Shannon and it was just am15 min drive to the airport

The setting was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are a fantastic mixture of beautifully maintained and wild, with woodland walks that are just stunning. The service was impeccable. Every single person was very kind and thoughtful and anticipated our every need. The castle is gorgeous, especially decorated for Christmas! Every meal we ate was also completely delicious. We are already counting the days until we can come back.

Excellent friendly staff couldnt do enough for you.. Extremely comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. Tommy (singer) was great entertainment. Beautiful grounds. Castle extremely well maintained.

Pool was average. Walk from pool back to castle quite dark after sunset. Dining options in the castle overpriced.

I came from Ashford castle - a high bar so to speak! Honestly your hotel is fabulous - I just think your staff in the checking in etc flawless but just not the personal touch. I am so sorry to say that - your waiters in the lounge are EPIC!!! But I would recommend your hotel for sure!

From checking in to checking out, this was a memorable experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. A stay we will never forget.

The property is stunning and the quality of every interaction with staff was flawless! Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. And, of course, you’re staying in a castle! Simply amazing!

If I was going to quibble, I’d say the water pressure in the men’s shower at the pool changing rooms was pretty weak, but, really, everything else - from the food, to the rooms, to the staff, etc. - was absolutely outstanding.
