We were able to get a room just by chance due to last minute cancellation and were delighted to be greeted by the staff on arrival. We were there for the purpose of a concert and weee delighted to get the bus from the hotel and back. To our delight the bar was still serving food and had it served to us in very quick timing. Very happy to say we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will most definitely stay again when the occasion occurs.

The key card failed on two occasions and reception did fix the issue but it happened on more than one time.

Lovely spacious room. Drinks in the bar are very good. Dinner at the Curry restaurant was amazing. Very friendly staff throughout. Great to have a curry restaurant double as coffee and cakes! Breakfast is very good for choice, great to have the choice of gluten free and lactose free alternatives.

We chose the hotel as close proximity to UHL where my wife had an early appointment so I was a little flustered in the morning and found it a little hard to locate some things like soft butter at breakfast. Staff are very keen to help however. Perhaps it was me or maybe things could be laid out a little better in the help yourself section of the breakfast room. Also we would book directly in future as paid more with booking.com

Room was very clean but decor bit dated. bathroom was great size. had a great view overlooking the front. bed was super comfortable. indian restaurant was ok…although unable to order quite a fw things as they are only for people who do takeaway, for example: samosas!

Visiting a relative who was in hospital very ill. Location was good (walking distance to hospital). Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Shower was difficult to operate(very stiff). The food in the curry house was expensive. Couldn't eat one of the dishes, they also brought the wrong drink order and even though they said it would be complimentary it was still on the bill. The guy who told us was no where to be seen when we paid so we had to pay it.

Staff accommodated out requests for extra towels, and was helpful with advice and directions.

Before we arrived we inquired regarding availability of laundry facilities and were told there was such adjacent to the hotel but that they did not provided laundry services themselves. On arrival we learned that all that was avaialable was an outdoor automatic laundry in the parking lot acrosss the street. After depositing money for a load of laundry, the machines malfunctioned and would not eject the water. It was overall a bad experience.

The food in the restaurant was beautiful! From the dinner to the breakfast it was delicious! Staff were very helpful and kind. Really enjoyed staying here and if to travel again to the area for work or pleasure- It will be my first choice.

The rooms were very warm and there was no air conditioning. I rang down to reception for a fan about 11pm but the guy said there were no fans.

The staff are amazing, the reception team were particularly helpful and could not do enough to help. I found myself at the hotel unexpectedly and they were amazing. The restaurant food was great and again brilliant staff.

Perhaps the rooms could do with a little upgrade but they were clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very warm and the beds was excellent.

Some of the staff at the bar at night have personality problems and we're very rude towards residents. This needs looked at and more staff should be serving in the bar on a Saturday night.

Breakfasts were excellent, the floor staff was very helpful everyday. The dinners (lunch) were also good.

It was a bit noisy at night as the kids started the running competition around 11pm one evening :).

Staff super friendly and helpful, great breakfast, there was a shuttle bus to take us and bring us back from Thomond park which was a fab extra. Rooms was huge, very clean and had all you might want.

It is a bit far to walk into Limerick but there are buses/taxis...
