Catherine was a delightful host and nothing was too much trouble. The carriage house was comfortable and beautifully decorated with lovely furniture, artwork and antiques. The table was already set for breakfast which was a nice touch. The food left for breakfasts was more than ample: cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, two types of bread, butter, homemade jams, scones, ham, salmon, cheese, eggs. We dined well! There were special containers for poaching or scrambling eggs in the microwave but otherwise no other means of cooking, unless heating a precooked meal in the microwave. The bathroom was spacious.

The wifi was a bit patchy for us, except on the last morning when everything worked really well! It may have been the rural location as there was a wifi router in our room.

It was amazing accomodation. Catherine was so welcoming on arrival.. Every part of the accomodation has been done to make the guests stay as comfortable and happy as possible. The decor is beautiful. Everything is of the highest standard...it could all definitely be in a 5 star hotel. The couches are beautiful, large TV.. Then also to have a kitchenette and microwave, even though the fridge had so many beautiful supplies you barely needed the kitchen. We hadn't booked it to be close to Bunratty Castle, but that was a bonus when we got there. Such a wonderful Castle and Folk park , with free parking and something of interest for young and old. Also so convenient to a few restaurants. We thoroughly loved every minute there.

Leaving such luxury.

The Beechpark was the best accommodation I've ever stayed at! Catherine was very kind and attentive, taking a personal interest in my comfort and needs. The decor was much more than I ever expected. The location was very easy to the airport and, with the village just a few minutes away, it was a wonderful get-away place. I actually didn't need to go anywhere else to relax and rejuvenate. I loved the history of the place that Catherine shared. I especially liked that Catherine uses decor from local artisans keeping the Irish atmosphere intact. The food Catherine provided was also exactly what I needed to nurture soul and body.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a really enjoyable stay at The Carriage Houses at Beechpark Hotel. The setting is peaceful and private, and the accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a good attention to detail. The rooms are well designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay – a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a lovely seating area to unwind. Ours also had a small outdoor space which was perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning. We were particularly impressed with the well-stocked fridge on arrival. It included a generous selection of Irish produce – traditional breads, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, and lovely preserves such as Irish raspberry and vanilla jam, not to mention the delicious fresh fruit scones! It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort and quality of the stay. Our hosts, Catherine and Kevin, were friendly, helpful, and informative – they made us feel very welcome and gave great tips on places to visit and eat locally. The location is excellent too – just a short drive from Bunratty Castle and very convenient for exploring other local attractions.

As a return guest the experience is and has been exceptional. It is very under priced for what you get and the area and grounds are so very peaceful and beautiful. There is not a hint of noise and the amenities are all akin to a 5 star location. This time we had a medical emergency and I had to extend my stay by several days. Catherine could not have been more accommodating; nothing was too much to ask, not that I had to as Catherine was on the other side of phone when needed. She is an amazing host and proprietor and we will be returning. Thank you Catherine for everything.

If I could give this a higher score I would , everything from start to finish was perfect . Catherine the host was just an amazing friendly person and nothing was too much trouble . Made us feel so welcome . The accommodation is just stunning . Everything is just the best quality and attention to detail is outstanding. Breakfast is a mixture of different local products, homemade jams , scones , milk , juice , breads , yogurts , ham , cheese all left in your room and a special mention for the bed . We stayed in the four poster and it was the most beautiful bed . Can’t wait to return in the summer

I like the owner met me in person on my arrival, showed me room and made me welcome. Room itself was more than I could expect with all in facilities and space. First time I had a breakfast products in my room at all the time from arrival. I think that’s a fantastic idea! I have never got as much selected jams, teas, fruits and other products to use for breakfast or other time as it was there!!! Thank you for all Catherine and Kevin 👍

Not that I didn’t like but the heating was electrical and as much as made some noise at times I felt that one heater in spacious room wasn’t enough! Although weather this year is unpredictable and temperature outside was lower than usual. I rather to be colder than too hot which wasn’t too bad for me, yet- my partner would stay more in smaller room 🫣

We loved everything about our stay here! There was so much thought put into everything, this was our favorite place we stayed at for our entire trip to Ireland Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean! The time taken for us to feel so welcome and at home, we had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with jams, ham, cheese, orange juice ect. There was breads, coffee, bathrobes, slippers and chocolates by each side of our bed! It was nice to have a kitchen and parlor with our bedroom and bath and so well decorated, just beautiful! Also it was nice to have our own table and chairs outside by our door to enjoy the outside! Thank you so much! We will be staying here again on our next trip back to Ireland! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning suite – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from Bunratty Castle, which allowed us to easily explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Katherine, who runs the place, was absolutely lovely – so warm and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the little extras included in our stay. Fresh breads, a selection of breakfast items, and a wonderful variety of teas and coffees were all provided, adding to the feeling of being truly cared for. It’s rare to find such attention to detail, and it made all the difference. We can’t recommend the Carriage Houses at Beachpark highly enough. It was a perfect getaway, and we’re already planning our return! If you're looking for a charming and relaxing stay in County Clare, this is the place to be.

If you are looking for a place to stay for an early flight out of Shannon Airport, this is the place. It is a straight 10-15 minute drive and easy to follow directions. The Carriage House is a charming B & B with lots of character, lovely furniture, comfortable accommodations in a lovely setting. From the crisp sheets to the delicious chocolates, Catherine, the host, has filled her establishment with everything you could possibly need. Since we were leaving early in the morning, we especially enjoyed our breakfast in room that included homemade scones, fresh fruit, ham and cheese,yogurt and cereals. It was more than we could possibly eat but helped us to get off to an early start. If flyinf into Shannon again, we would definitely stay overnight at the Carriage House!
