Great location, quiet, good restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby. Most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on! Nice to have a balcony to enjoy the good weather we had.

Very noisy creaky floorboards, could hear every step the people in the adjacent rooms took. Also woke each other up going to the loo in the night! Would have liked more comfortable balcony furniture and something to stop the balcony doors blowing shut. Loud dance music in the hotel bar meant we couldn't enjoy a chat and a quiet drink there. One lift out of operation while a new one is being installed meant a bit of a wait sometimes.

I booked a classic double room, very well presented room which had everything you could need for a stay in the city. We did eat in the restaurant which we enjoyed, good value for money and very comfortable. There a a very nice out door seating area over looking the river, we did not sit out there but it was well maintained and at the time was being enjoyed by several people. I feels it's important to shout out to the staff, very friendly and helpful i didn't have a lot of interaction myself but, i did notice others in the bar and restaurant as well as reception and people always happy and engaging well with the staff. We had actually stayed here only a month ago and our experience was equal to that, no change in how we felt during and after our stay.

Unfortunately, i have one negative point and it is parking. I will start by saying the carpark is quite small and was full on both of our stays, this of course is not a reason to stay anywhere as there is a multi story that can be used across the road which i did use. On our previous stay there was a small area across from the front door which was available to use as a little over flow carpark, unfortunately this area has been removed from the hotel by the city as the area is having works done. All and all, this hotel is a great place to stay for couples and or families alike.

My room at Absolute Hotel Limerick was fantastic! It was spacious, modern, and clean, with a large flat-screen TV and a Nespresso maker. The bathroom was a splendid, featuring a rain shower and plenty of space for us. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and style in the heart of Limerick. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with the Abbey River just outside and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby

that i had to leave there and return to reality

Rooms were beautiful, and so comfortable. Staff were really nice and we got great service - food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Great location just on edge of limerick city, walkable to almost everywhere!

No complaints - only thing was the lack of complimentary breakfast included in some of the rooms. We booked 2 separate rooms, one through Booking and one directly with the hotel. All 5 of us checked in together, and paid as one bill for 2 nights. Complimentary breakfast was only included with one of the rooms, which only covered 2 out of 5 people. It would have been a nice touch to include breakfast for the whole group, as rooms were by no means cheap, and we also ate and drank in the hotel bar for one of the nights. Just a small thing, otherwise great stay!

We booked a Superior King room for our 4 night stay. It was a large room, with a comfortable bed, settee and small table and a balcony with a small table with 2 chairs. The hotel has a car park which is covered and gated. We had breakfast on two mornings and opted for the freshly cooked options. We ate in the restaurant as a couple on one night and with some friends on two nights. All of the food was excellent and the service was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect too with a short walk to visit the castle or to go into the city centre with it's shops, bars and restaurants and other sightseeing venues. Only 25 minute walk to/from Thomond Park for Munster Rugby.

The room would have been even better if it had a small fridge.

The room was spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful between the buffet and the menu. The location was excellent, so close to the city centre. The staff were very helpful. Without hesitiation, I would stay here again.

There were only minor issues, such as no glasses available in the room, these could be borrowed from the bar. Also, being so close to the river (beside it), there was an usual smell permeating the hotel for small periods of the stay. I was assured by the maintenance staff that this was due to atmospherics, and nothing to do with air conditioning or problems with the hotel.

Great location for us as we was going to a concert at St.Johns Castle, just a short walk away,we had an excellent meal and drinks in the Locke Bar just round the corner and a couple of drinks in hotel bar,all good there too, breakfast was fresh cooked with plenty of options for vegans, vegetarian etc with fruit, yogurt etc etc, staff were very friendly to us,from the knowledgeable young lady at reception to the servers in the morning and bar staff, hotel although a little expensive for one night was probably one of the best modern hotels we’ve stayed in,the room was very big, clean with great facilities, view was great too looking over the river, our car was safe too in a secure carpark under the hotel, bit small so you may not get in all the time but there is a small carpark outside,we managed to get parked fine, would we stay again,a definite yes

When we arrived we were taking aback by an stationary ambulance outside the entrance, however the warm greeting we received from the front of house team was awesome 👌 as Molly greeted us with her smile and caring persona we knew we were in safe hands, our room was warm and inviting 😀 only one observation of the wet room having a shower with no screen is not good the entire bathroom floor was soaking wet I had to use a towel to dry it off, our experience with Harry's on the hill was sublime, staff were very polite friendly and very attentive the food was excellent 😀 hats off to the kitchen team brilliant and professional 😀 overall a fantastic stay at the absolute hotel, Absolute care on the canal 10/11.THANK YOU.

Shower cubicle drainage bad.health and safety risk.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous rooms and the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Blackout curtains, easy-to-use climate control, a large TV with a fireplace screensaver, and accessible HDMI/USB ports made the room feel like home. The breakfast menu was extensive and varied, and all the staff were lovely. While parking is limited, we were lucky to have free, secure parking for our entire stay—a rare find in a city hotel. The location is perfect, just minutes from shopping, pubs, and attractions. Overall, a fantastic hotel I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay in again when in Limerick.

The frosted glass door to the bathroom was a little disconcerting.

Everything we needed was available, the staff we so pleasant and very accommodating. The facilities are great, especially the salon. The bar and restaurant are great for meeting up with people ,the location is so accessible, as the city center is just a walk away, so you have the choice of dining in or out and finding activities during the day. Price is reasonable and I would stay here again.

I do recommend an extension lead for your phone as there doesn't seem to be outlets by the bed. Not a complaint just a suggestion.
