Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and linens, generous offerings for tea in the room, and kind, helpful staff who provided things like fans to cool down when the room was a bit stuffy. We caught strep and felt unwell, with fevers, which made us uncomfortable. The room temps were just fine, we were not. Reception staff were very helpful with getting medical care to manage strep.

Breakfast was average. Eggs were sunny side up hard, bacon was a bit tough, black pudding was also a touch overcooked. Other offerings made up for these small issues, with nice fruits and pastries on the buffet, and attentive table service for clearing plates and bringing tea and coffee.

We truly loved everything! There were small touches (Irish spring water, plus the usual cookies and teas and coffee) and wash clothes!! Plus the overall feel of spacious luxury throughout from the moment you walk in. The staff, specially Emily, were very friendly and went above and beyond! Our two bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and well appointed. There are so many beautifully decorated seating areas throughout the hotel. It was perfectly situated within the town and within walking distance to the spots around town. We arrived before check-in time, but we were able to leave our bags in the lobby until the room was ready.

We had a little trouble with both of the showers, especially getting them turned off, but thankfully my husband was able to come to the rescue for the rest of us.

Thought the suite was really spacious, bright liked being on the ground floor easy access to the car park and lots of spaces. The pool was well managed and the gentleman working there was kind and friendly. Loved the reception area on arrival and the beautiful aroma of all the ritual products around the hotel. We ate in the hotel on Friday eve and the staff was really attentive and the food was lovely. The hotel Is located in a great spot too right in the centre of town so no need for cars with direct access to the beach and shops. As a family we have promised to return

Apartment suite was well set up for a family with children on a break away. Rooms were very comfortable & clean. Easy access to the hotel. Very central in the town. The Aberdeen Bar & Restaurant was ideal for evening meals - good selection on the menu and excellent quality food & not too expensive.

Travelling with two boys - 12 & 14, an adult needed to be in the swimming pool with them, couldn't sit on the poolside and watch. Its not a large pool - so would seem reasonable to allow parents to sit on the poolside supervising older children.

Suite was ideal for family. Spacious and spotless clean. Excellent located beside Leisure Centre . Comfortable spacious Suite and double rooms. Sadie the lovely waitress in Restaurant was so friendly and professional . She is an asset to this hotel. With excellent Guest relation skills and she has the ability to acknowledge the Guests request in a pleasant and efficient manner .10/10

On check -in one of the Receptionist spent more time than required discussing Wexford strawberries with person at desk. Delaying other Guests checking in

This was our first time staying in Lahinch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great hotel. My husband and I, our two teens and three grand-parents. Everyone loved the hotel. The teens both used the gym and pool. My husband and I used the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi and all were great. The breakfast on both mornings was fantastic with good choices for all. We had dinner on one night and it was lovely albeit the choice was not huge. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from the receiption to the day staff. We will definitley be back in the spring/summer.

The pool was dark, maybe the lights were just out at the time we visited. Maybe another pancake machine for the kids at breakfast as even though it wasnt busy when we were there, all the kids were queuing so the teens didnt bother waiting for it but commented that they would have liked a pancake as they looked lovely.

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Good shower, althought the shower was in the bath, which I dislike. I prefer a proper walk in shower. Beautiful decor and a great location. We were able to take a walk from the hotel to the sea which is just 20 metres away. Really lovely place.

The room was extremely hot, no air conditioning and the windows only open a crack, making no difference behind the heavy curtains. We both were sweating and uncomfortable all night. Not a great night's sleep. No kettle, only a very loud coffee pod machine, which was annoying. What's wrong with providing a kettle? The lady on Reception was lovely.

Great hotel! Family of 5, had interconnecting rooms and lots of space! Comfortable beds, very quiet at night. Near the beach, walked down and watched the sunset and surfers. Decent swim and gym facilities. Friendly staff. Had dinner at the hotel, first a drink in the cosy pub area, then in the main restaurant. Staff very attentive and great food. Really enjoyed our stay, could have easily stayed more than just the 1 night.

Gym and pool only opened at 9am, very late for a hotel. Breakfast a bit on the pricey side (so opted for own breakfast in room).

The location is perfect to explore all Co Clare offers. The room was nice and very clean. Location in the town centre is perfect just a walking distance from all dining places and the beach. A very good restaurant at the hotel, that was a nice place to dine or have a drink.

Although the breakfast was generally fine, we expected more from a four-star hotel. The choice might have been better, as well as the way the food was presented. The restaurant is a very nice place to have lunch and dinner, too. However, the staff didn't pay enough attention, as there were tables not properly cleaned after the previous visitors have left, and sometimes it took too long to spot a staff member in order to order food or pay the bill.
