My stay in Ard Éinne was exceptional. The bean an tí Clodagh was super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I have a food allergy and she was more then accommodating. She mentioned it to all guests and made special arrangements for breakfast. The breakfast is made to order and there are options or all including Vegetarians. The rooms were cosy and comfy with a lovely view of the beach.It is a little outside the town but this isn't an issue as there are plenty of bikes and taxi's (Clodagh gave us a map and a sticky note with the taxi's numbers on it).

Beautiful location, comfortable room, great breakfast (especially the wonderful home made wholemeal scones) but above all the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. They arranged bike hire and transport back to the ferry. They answered our questions and were just generally delightful.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but be aware it’s almost two miles into the village. However, it’s a lovely walk along a quiet road that follows the shoreline. One local hotel offers free shuttle service to evening diners, we used that one evening and ate well there.

We had a great time at Ard Einne, and experienced excellent hospitality. Very clean property, located at a picturesque location. All rooms are ocean-facing, and provide postcard views. The breakfast was amazing. Clodagh is a lovely host, and will promptly assist with any queries. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Kilronan, the nearest town. The place is also not filled with day-tourists, so its ideal if you like peace and quiet.

While being away from all the noise of the town is a plus, reaching the property can be a bit challenging. You need to hire a taxi, which charges 5EUR per seat, to reach here. Also, there are no restaurants nearby. So you need to get a taxi or hire a cycle if you want to head into town.

The host is lovely and very accommodating, the breakfast was gorgeous and she even organised our bikes to be brought to the B&B in the morning. Although the distance from the village to the house is quite long, especially if you’re already tired, there is a taxi service that you can use for a good price. The view is absolutely spectacular (I attached a pic of our room view(: ) and the rooms are very clean and cozy. Great value for money that’s for sure!

Nothing I didn’t like! It was a last minute booking (after our og accommodation cancelled on us) that exceeded my expectations :)

We loved everything that Ard Einne was , we wanted quiet, we wanted remote , and we got that . Clodagh made us feel like part of the family , welcomed every morning, and did everything to accommodate us . Showed us the quiet places to swim , tips about the places to see on the island . Zeus, the gorgeous old family dog, was a bonus addition to the serenity. We came back refreshed and anticipating a return visit .

Clodagh was the most wonderful host. She couldn't do enough for us during our stay, giving us lots of recommendations for places to visit; provided a lovely breakfast each morning; and generally made us feel right at home! Her animals are so friendly - particularly the big teddy bear, Zeus - and the views from all parts of the B&B are breathtaking. We can't recommend Ard Einne enough!

Not applicable - how could you not love everything about Ard Einne?!

I considered the Ard Einne my home away from home during my stay. The room was spotless and the view from my window overlooked a tidal beach. Breakfast was delicious and I also loved sitting at the outdoor picnic bench later in the day with a sandwich I picked up from Spar’s in town. Clodagh was a great host who was always willing to make a suggestion for your daily activities whether it was a walk in the area or a bike ride to the other side of the island.

Fantastic host, gorgeous location, clean and peaceful with really comfortable rooms. Host went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.

The bnb is further out from the pier/center than expected, on foot you’re looking at a 45+ minute walk - a really gorgeous and safe walk but considerable nonetheless. Definitely invest in a bike rental - stay was much more comfy once I did so as I was already spending a lot of energy exploring the rest of the island.

Clodagh and her family are so welcoming from the moment you arrive. Clodagh arranges boat/bike/bus trips whatever you need she is so helpful & accommodating. Ard Einne is a beautiful spotless guesthouse with a breakfast fit for a king or in my place a queen. Highly recommend. Clodagh also recommends Noel Mahon a lovely coach/bus driver who brings you on a well informed meticulous tour of Inis Mor and was always so obliging to pick you up and drop you off.

The property is tucked away and not in the thick of town/where other travelers are. It sits atop a hill that overlooks the water and has fantastic views of the sunrise. It is a smaller facility so it is very quiet and personal. Clodah was beyond helpful, giving us insights on what to visit, helping us connect with a local cab driver who took us everywhere we needed to go reliability and she was always available when we needed her. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. We truly loved staying here!
