The attention of the Chinese lady at the breakfast cafe. She was even uncomfortable to see. Yelled at me instead of asking if I wanted coffee or tea. Her hair was undone, her face was not pleasant and her attitude was the worse

Very comfortable hotel and great location in Sligo town. You can walk to the town's bars and restaurants in a matter of minutes. The guy at reception was super friendly and chatty. The room itself was super comfortable and clean. Will def stay again.

I would have preferred not to have request a non-slip shower mat, thought it should have been in bathroom. a bit pricey for a 3 star Hotel.

Food especially dinner overpriced and quite tasteless parking very bad especially when you advertise free parking considering I'm disabled bar didn't open on Fri until 4pm didn't know there was porridge for breakfast apparently you had to ask for it I would compare the food to what you would expect to get in a premierre inn hotel cheap and not what you think you get when you order only complaint I have really forby parking and bar being closed on Fri at midday considering we where going to a wedding .sligo is a very hard town to navigate around and directions where asked for previous to travel which weren't forthcoming also breakfast should be included in the price of the room while booking.room was clean and spacious

I got allocated a superking room overlooking the river, as Id asked for a quiet room. The room was large, and was heated adequately. The bathroom had a large shower with lovely power in the shower and lovely body/hairwash . There was an ironing board and iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. Food for breakfast was plentiful and there was no issues with making poached eggs. They toasted bread separately for a coeliac family as well on request and they had coeliac options (my niece is coeliac so I'm well aware). Ate in the bar the first night and the portions were massive and the food was good

I'm not sure if it was the sound of the heating but there was a low hum at night time, I'm an extremely light sleeper so I had to wear earplugs. Thats the only thing!

The hotel was quiet (was writing exams and could without difficulty study), the beds were comfortable and warm. The food at the bar was so tasty! It is also well located in the town, you can explore without difficulty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A special shout out to Erin who was exceptional in helping me with my booking and finding me the right room. Will 100% be back with my class mates ☺️

Parking was an issue , especially because there was sleet and rain. Running from the hotel to a car park with bags was not ideal. That, however, will not stop us from coming back !

Very helpful, if not always accurate, reception staff. Really liked the river view and the mini balcony which I had not specifically requested, so was very happy to get. When I found I had left my charger at my last place, very handy that the vending machines had them. Please that I could always eat in the restaurant - breakfast and evening meal, even though a bank holiday weekend, and have a view of the river . Both my evening meals, for which I had just starters were excellent and as good as a main course. Breakfast more than sufficient ! Bed very good. Great walk in shower. Great that check out was not until noon, which meant that I could leave everything in my room until I was really to get the Knock bus at 12.

Would have been handy to have shampoo in shower. Found the information about the hotel on the TV always seemed to require using a QR code to get the info transferred to your phone. Minimal gripes really

We stayed here for one night for a concert and I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and in particular the staff. Arthur on reception was just so friendly and even though he was ran off his feet with an influx of guests he still managed to sort something for us. He went over and beyond to organise this for us so we did not have to worry and could enjoy our night. The bar and restaurant staff were absolutely lovely too. There was a really lovely waitress I did not catch her name but the same thing she managed to squeeze us in for a booking very last minute even though she at first thought there was no room. This was no problem but she came back a while later and told us she had sorted it. The staff just really stand out. They’re a credit to the hotel. The location is perfect and the view of the river is stunning. We will definitely be back.

From the initial greeting by the reception staff to the final checkout, every member of staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms were tidy and clean with a fantastic shower with loads of space. The first night we stayed, we hadn't thought ahead and booked a meal. This wasn't a bother to the staff who were very nice and got us a table right away. The food was delicious and plentiful, almost as far as to say, too much. We were stuffed. The bar had a friendly atmosphere with ample opportunities to catch up on the sport or news of the day. We had requested an upgrade at the time of booking which the Hotel very kindly accommodated as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Hotel was really good value for money and I would have no hesitation returning here in the future. Everything was as it should have been in this Hotel. I couldn't recommend it enough. Very pleased with everything within the Hotel.

Parking, Parking, Parking. Unfortunately there isn't enough parking directly for the Hotel but on the positive side of things, we checked in after 6pm which allowed us to park on-street without pay & display needed between 18:30pm and 08:30am which meant that we only needed to place a ticket on the car for two hours costing 2euro. Not a fortune by any standards. As we had stayed over the weekend, we had no requirement to pay and display on Sunday at all as parking was free on Sundays.

The room was large and modern. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The elevator was a welcomed amenity. We found it to be a comfortable and reasonably priced/good value accomodations in town.

Sligo is small so nothing is far away but this was just a bit further from places we went daily so we usually walked 10 minutes to different restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The car park is very small and stressful, so plan to park about a block away in a public carpark. The rate is very cheap, 2 or 3 Euro for the day but be prepared to be separated from your vehicle by 1 block.
