The attention of the Chinese lady at the breakfast cafe. She was even uncomfortable to see. Yelled at me instead of asking if I wanted coffee or tea. Her hair was undone, her face was not pleasant and her attitude was the worse

A really lovely hotel in gorgeous location in Sligo. Walking into town was very easy, and walking in the opposite direction took us to beautiful parklands along the lough (lake/river) with stunning views, which surely inspired WB Yeats to write some of his most beautiful poetry. Parking at the hotel is very limited, but plenty of parking close by.

The restaurant and bar downstairs were nice and convenient, but seemed a shame to not make more use of the gorgeous views of the lough. We would have happily spent more time at the bar with some refreshing ales if we could have sat outside....

The person at the reception desk was so delightful and helpful when I arrived and allowed us to park while we got all our luggage out. He then helped my husband find parking for our rental car. The river views were beautiful from our bedroom and we enjoyed breakfast so much! The stay was perfect and comfortable and clean. It was also within walking distance of so many places and we wish we were there more than one night!

There wasn't a fridge which may just be a European difference but my daughter drinks whole milk so the milk we had brought along had to be tossed since there wasn't a way for it to keep cold. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Very comfortable hotel and great location in Sligo town. You can walk to the town's bars and restaurants in a matter of minutes. The guy at reception was super friendly and chatty. The room itself was super comfortable and clean. Will def stay again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Arthur at reception. The room was spacious, with a gorgeous river view. Most of all, I really appreciated the QR code and the links to help visitors - a small thing, but having the menus available and including a vegan and gluten free menu really impressed me. Not a lot of hotels have this level of care and attention. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was, in my opinion, better and a more enjoyable stay than some four or five stars I've stayed in around Ireland and abroad.

Food especially dinner overpriced and quite tasteless parking very bad especially when you advertise free parking considering I'm disabled bar didn't open on Fri until 4pm didn't know there was porridge for breakfast apparently you had to ask for it I would compare the food to what you would expect to get in a premierre inn hotel cheap and not what you think you get when you order only complaint I have really forby parking and bar being closed on Fri at midday considering we where going to a wedding .sligo is a very hard town to navigate around and directions where asked for previous to travel which weren't forthcoming also breakfast should be included in the price of the room while booking.room was clean and spacious

I got allocated a superking room overlooking the river, as Id asked for a quiet room. The room was large, and was heated adequately. The bathroom had a large shower with lovely power in the shower and lovely body/hairwash . There was an ironing board and iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. Food for breakfast was plentiful and there was no issues with making poached eggs. They toasted bread separately for a coeliac family as well on request and they had coeliac options (my niece is coeliac so I'm well aware). Ate in the bar the first night and the portions were massive and the food was good

I'm not sure if it was the sound of the heating but there was a low hum at night time, I'm an extremely light sleeper so I had to wear earplugs. Thats the only thing!

The room was well serviced. It was comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from, hot and tasty. Location was OK, about 20 minute walk from Railway station.I would have preferr

I would have preferred not to have request a non-slip shower mat, thought it should have been in bathroom. a bit pricey for a 3 star Hotel.

The hotel was quiet (was writing exams and could without difficulty study), the beds were comfortable and warm. The food at the bar was so tasty! It is also well located in the town, you can explore without difficulty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A special shout out to Erin who was exceptional in helping me with my booking and finding me the right room. Will 100% be back with my class mates ☺️

Parking was an issue , especially because there was sleet and rain. Running from the hotel to a car park with bags was not ideal. That, however, will not stop us from coming back !

Huge call out for our host and receptionist, Arthur who instantly put us at our ease after a long day of travelling. Arthur must be the calmest, smoothest hotel receptionist in Ireland. Room was comfortable with a nice view over the river.

Couldn’t get parked in the hotel car park so had to drive a couple of blocks away to a local church car park overnight. No major inconvenience as we were able to drive in front of the hotel entrance to unload and reload our luggage and belongings. Food not the best quality with limited menu options.
