Warm, friendly welcome. Scrupulously clean bedroom. Marvellous breakfast served with friendly attentiveness by Janet. When I had to leave after only one of my two booked nights I was surprised and delighted when Tracy Flynn agreed to refund the cost of the second night.
Very out-of-season so restaurant was closed, apart from breakfast service. Nowhere else open in Termonfeckin on a dreadful night as Storm Darragh swept in. In the event I jumped on the bus no found food in Cloghahead. It might be an idea specifically to warn guests that no evening meal available.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast was tasty. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and in a location where you could go for a walk.
While it wasn’t possible to hear road noise, which was fabulous, unfortunately the walls were thin and I could easily hear my next door neighbors - needed to use my ear plugs! I wish breakfast started a little earlier than 8:30 am, I would have liked to have gotten an earlier start on the day, but didn’t want to give up the included breakfast. Finally I would encourage the hotel to get WiFi extenders as I was not able to access the WiFi in my room.

It was a lovely hotel, the building had a lot of character. Our room was small, we booked last minute but perfectly good and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was one of the best we've experienced with plenty of power. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was very good and a lovely spot to enjoy a couple of drinks in the evening. Overall we had a lovely stay and hope to return.
Nothing.

Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean bathroom with excellent shower and well supplied with toiletries, spring water, and hot drink making facilities. All the staff were most friendly and helpful. Full top notch breakfast was served in the riverside restaurant.
The outside riverside terrrace is currently closed due to ongoing building works however it wasn’t a problem at all.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of a lovely village . The staff we met Alysia Ben AnneMarie and Michael were all so lovely ,professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with plenty of tea, coffee, and toast and a cooked to order breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious and spotless. We slept very well. The bar downstairs was welcoming and cosy.

The Owner and Staff were very nice down to the little things as we left there was no one on the Desk so we used the key drop off and went to the car, before we could drive away the owner came out just to say goodbye. We had a lovely relaxing break and each morning a lovely breakfast. Will be staying here again.
Nothing.

We were looking for a location within easy driving distance of Newgrange after coming down from Northern Ireland, and found Flynn's of Terminfeckin. The price was excellent, It is a bit off the highway, but only about 10-15 minutes. The hotel caters to golfers and it was off season so we had the place mostly to ourselves and a handful of other customers, so it was enjoyably quiet. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold foods, and hot foods cooked to order. The staff was young, and there weren't a lot of them, but they were helpful and pleasant.
As noted, we came to the hotel just at the beginning of off season and the hotel caters to golfers. That makes it somewhat reasonable that there would be some dirty feet in the rooms. Nevertheless the carpet was MUCH dirtier than I would have expected. Also, it was very difficult to figure out how to get into the hotel; there are almost no markings or instructions. We had to rely on a kindly hotel worker on his way out, to help us find the way in.

The hotel was so cute and well done. The walls are a little thin, but that is typical. We did hear people coming and going but nothing we couldn’t live with. The bar was well done and it seemed like a hangout for some of the locals. The reception went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get to and from the hotel to a local bar in Drogheda. She politely answered all of our American questions such as, “do we tip our bartender” she laughed and told us not to.
The only thing that would;ve made it more outstanding would be a bigger breakfast menu.

We arrived late due to flying in to Dublin in the evening but we were welcomed by the friendly barman who assisted us with checking in. The room was comfortable and any request was met with a smile. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and we even got a lovely departure with help to the car with our luggage.
Nothing it was perfect,
