My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the beautiful and well-balanced design to the warm and professional staff. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it was incredibly tasty, with a wide and varied selection that catered to all tastes. We also loved the free activities offered on Friday and Saturday, which added a fun and unique touch to our stay.

The only downside was the condition of the sun loungers by the pool — they were unfortunately quite dirty and didn’t match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. That said, it was a minor issue in what was otherwise an excellent experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

clean, kind staff, good food nice pool

We ordered a double room with queen bad, but we received 2 twin beds. When we talked to the hotel manager and shared the fact that we paid for a queen bed, but we got twin beds, he said that there is nothing to do about it, and that it doesn’t matter - sometimes you get twin beds and sometimes you get a queen bed. For me, it matters, as when I pay such an amount of money to stay a night at an hotel with my partner, and I pay for a queen bed - I expect to get what I’ve paid for. also the spa area was not inviting - the sauna had a bad smell and was not on so we couldn’t use it.

Very good room, clean, really no children and adequate contingent. Very good dinner and decent breakfast. Not bad SPA. Good staff. There is a problem with the pool - it is designed strangely, outdated, requires renovation, adding a large jacuzzi. As a result - a worthwhile place to visit, but not for the purpose of swimming only in the pool.

Hotel manager Gil Ron was really nice, friendly and knowledgable. He clearly cares a lot and could see him in every part of the hotel making sure that the quality/standards were upheld. Spa was outstanding with my partner and I having one of the best massages we have ever had!

Some staff weren't able to speak english. When ordering at the outside bar/restaurant area, the staff made it really hard for us to order anything else apart from Watermelon! Pool was smaller than it looked on Booking.com. You must reserve your deckchair using a towel early as we found that most places were taken by the time we managed to get out.

The rooms are truly wonderful. Beautiful and thoughtful design all around. The restaurant was a big surprise as it managed to cater to everybody without compromising on the selection as often the case with kosher kitchens. The quality of the food was mostly very high. Spa, gym and other facilities are all good.

Some of the places really need a facelift. Like the wet sauna, hammam and the pool area. The tiling there is a little tired and it debasing that boutiques feel of the hotel. Some of the staff could also be friendlier.

We had an outstanding experience. The lobby is huge, modern and inviting. The room was comfortable, big and modern. Breakfast, shabbat dinner and weekday dinner were amazing. Chef Avi's meals exceeded any and all expectations. The variety and quality were top notch. Staff was attentive. However Jerry, in the dining room, could have assisted us with a specific issue we had in a gracious manner and chose not to. Definitely worth a visit.

Not enough signs on where things are in the hotel or of the activities. Apparently yesterday there was a women's day planned, filled with activities and talks. I hadn't seen any information. Another suggestion is to include a spa menu in the rooms. Additionally there was no real information on what to do in the area. There were pamphlets for self guided tours in nature and information on a synagogue and small winery.

This is a very pleasant hotel, not far from Haifa, it has large rooms and very comfortable beds, good AC and good soundproofing. The pool in summer is great, mid-November it should have been heated some more (it's heated to 28 deg centigrade but it's not a pool for swimming, you mainly stay in the water so it's not so warm) however the 2 hot-tubs adjacent to the pool (one covered and the other open) were plenty hot.

The breakfast in Israel, on a Saturday, is a bit problematic as far as rating a restaurant. Since no cooking is done from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening, the food is either fresh (not cooked, like salads, vegetables or fruit) or re-heated. This means that the pastries are not as fresh, there are no omlettes and no fresh coffee. The assortment was, however, good for a Saturday breakfast. I think more attention should be put on the cleanness of the room, and especially the bathroom where residues of paint were visible on the shower glass, paint from repainting the ceiling was left on the dark ceramic walls and also the balcony that has reclining sunbathing seats that had remains of gum packing under them.

Great service, beautiful hotel, nice pool and overall good value for the price! Definitely Would come back

There was a truck that woke us up at around 6 AM and the vegetables in the breakfast weren’t the freshest.

The hotel looks like a designed one, the rooms and staff are perfect , free parking and a lot of places for rest outside .

It was renovation of a pool from 7:00 o’clock in the morning , not really possibility for sleepping

We loves everything about this hotel! We were greatly surprised and above our expectation. Loves the entire place, the spirit of it, the decoration, the calm, the heated swimming pool, the quality and variety of breakfast and even dinner. Our stay was so peaceful, relaxing and invigorating. One of the very best place to stay in Israel!
