Location, Good breakfast with friendly staff (coffee not great though). Room good size and layout,

Having paid extra for a high floor we were pretty annoyed to discover during the day there was non stop drilling and banging from the floor above. At the very least they should have told us at check in (when we had to pay in full) and offered another room or at least not charged us extra for the high floor. We'd come off a long flight and were really tired and also I need to rest for a while sometimes due to health reasons but found it impossible. We complained after the 2nd day but they just nodded and agreed about the noise! I had thought we might have got a credit on check out but no.

Convenient location just one block away from Avenida Paulista and a few minutes' walk from two Metro stations. Good quality breakfast with varied options (i like that they have a variety of juices including a 'juice of the day'. Room has a bit of an unconventional layout but Iit works.

Personally I would have hoped for a better view (my windows and balcony faced another building with reflective windows so my main view was of myself), but i guess you can request for a room facing elsewhere if that matters to you.

Location: PREMIUM. Breakfast: Good, but could have more variety. Room: Spectacular, but needs sound proof windows and doors. Staff: 100% professionals. Pool: VERY GOOD AND CLEAN. Gym: very good. Views: spetacular. Management: always there to attend the needs of the guests.

The rooms do not have sound proof windows and doors. Th noise from the streets are so loud.

Room was comforatbe with a nice bathroom. Ample storage and outlets for charging. Balcony is small, but nice to have. The location is perfect. Close to a few small stores and a 2 minute walk to Paulista Avenue. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The front desk credit machines kept malfunctioning and rejecting our credit cards. They insisted it was our card but it was not and they didn't seem eager to fix it. Eventually one employee suggested inserting the card then entering the charges and that worked. Also, I asked for some ice for the room and they charged us for it. Not a big deal but can't they give us ice for free? Last, the pool was not very clean.

Location: perfect. Close to Paulista Avenue, shoppings, grocery store, museums, parks, buses, and subway. Breakfast: good with a lot of variety. Room: newly remodeled and comfy. Staff: very professional and friendly. The manager Andre is always available to resolve any issues.

Gym. Should have more equipments, but you can do your regular exercises.

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and helpful in letting us store our luggage before checking in, and after checking out until our flight. The room was fairly basic but clean and spacious. A good hotel that did the job we wanted. Only slight complaint would be that some work was being carried out in what sounded like it was right above our room, this was however only during the day and therefore the noise wasn’t an issue to keep us awake.

Located next to Avenida Paulista's super large boulevard, it has three shopping malls and is the most secure area in the city (I stayed 1 year in Sao Paulo and visited this area often). I stayed many times at this hotel and discovered that you have over the street the entry to Decatlon that has an elevator to the mall that directly access to Avenida Paulista and a food court (open from 9 to 20). On top of the hotel is an open pool and a gym with nice views of the city. The rooms are large. Super security at entry and elevators. Restaurant, bar, and terrace inside the hotel. My room even has a small terrace so you can just hear the city and breathe the air of Sao Paulo - it is at 800 m altitude with strong winds and rain, and it refreshes you after the weeks of hot Rio de Janeiro. Can not wait to go back again!

I stayed at many hotels in Sao Paulo, and this is the best choice. You can probably find something bad if you stay one month, but for a couple of days, it is a super experience in Sao Paulo.

The location is excellent, close to Avenida Paulista, some shops and shopping centres. Also some nice restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly, I liked the balcony and also the swimming pool on the rooftop.

In the room itself, the furniture and the room itself could see an upgrade, it gets a bit old by now... I know that the hotel already has refurbished rooms but they were not available anymore to get...

The property is amazing! Perfect location just walking distance from the mesmerizing Av. Paulista, the staff is great, always willing to help, very polite and professional. The property is beautiful and spotless, the room was great and very spacious and the one we stayed in had great views! The breakfast was delicious, with many options from fresh local fruits, eggs, pastries, yogurts, pao de queijo, etc. very inclusive with different options for different needs/tastes.

The hotel is in a great location right off Avenida Paulista. The rooms are as advertised in the photos and are very comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was no kettle in any of the rooms and no iron box either. While you could get an iron box from the reception, and hot water from the restaurant it would have been more convenient to have both in the room.
