Staff was great. Special thanks to Jason! Atmosphere is wonderful. Very clean property. Bar was nice. AC worked great. Comfortable stay. Food was also good.

Pool was cold. Nobody was really swimming. They should have warmed it a bit so guests could enjoy the water. On our last day, the waiter charged us for coffee from the bar after paying for breakfast because she had turned off the coffee pots in the restaurant. You shouldn’t upset your guests over a cup of coffee. It’s not the money but a matter of principle. Seriously, get it together if you would like to receive high standard of service. I am a Hilton member and did not expect such pettiness.

We really like the large swimming pool facilities and the food options were quite nice. The room is comfortable enough. And the lobby is big and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

There are no kids’ channels available on the TV, and some of the furniture in the room is a bit worn. The food is also quite expensive. On the positive side, the location is nice as it’s a quiet area, and there’s a bowling alley just a few minutes’ walk away. However, it’s not located in the old town, so you’ll need to drive there, though it only takes several minutes.

The hotel is laid out well, the pool is a decent size and catering options are varied and of good quality

For a 4/5* hotel somethings are quite basic signage is not great and water on arrival is complimentary but then needs to be purchased. I have stayed in similar hotels in hot climates and never had to purchase water before this was really quite annoying given that staying hydrated in such heat is essential. Service at breakfast could be slow and on multiple occasions having waited 10-20 mins for a cup of coffee staff had to be located and chased. On one occasion there was only 1 staff member visible in a full dining room, other staff were working but had disappeared for long periods.

1. Reception staff were helpful, polite, kind, warm. Absolutely top notch. 2. Room size was great. Bathroom perfect. 3. Bed highly comfortable and large - no gap in the middle! 4. Bathroom products great. 5. Spa and Gym EXCELLENT, but mind the slippery floor at the indoor pool!! 6. Lounge area very nice, staff brilliant. Good selection of food and drinks. 7. Mint restaurant very good.

1. Parking spaces are small! 2. Lack of Smart TV. At this end of the market, it is expected. 3. Gym opens too late, would be better at 6am. 4. Room service menu poor - selection could be better. 5. Minibar empty.

Very calm and luxury ambience inside the hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the rooms and incredible breakfast. Very hospitable stuff everywhere. Beautiful bar in front the reception, nice perfumes on the floors and good SPA with warm pool and Steam Sauna.

A lot of sand in the inside pool and muddy water. SPA-center is very good, but it looks like somebody don't keep an eye on cleaning in that space... I marked that dirty plastic cups stayed for 2 days on the table, nobody threw them away. BTW, We really enjoyed a Steam Sauna and a warm pool.

The pool is wide and long therefore not getting crowded and with a lifeguard service till 18:00. The palm trees around are nice and the porches offer good shade.

I didnt like one of the receptionists because he seemed to think we were not staying at the hotel and was impolite. I also didnt like that the parking was closed during our stay. Lastly the furniture in the room seemed worn and the airco was too loud. No mosquito net on the windows either.

The hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

However, we struggled with the location. Everything is at least 10 minutes away by car. The old town, the central part of the town, and the mall of Nicosia are all at least 10 minutes away by car. Also, the nearest playground for children is about 15 minutes away by car. You have to drive/order a taxi everywhere you want to go because you cannot also walk there, especially not with a child in a trolley/stroller.

The staff was very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional. The room was great - the bed and the pillows felt like clouds and we had excellent night’s sleep. Also, the pool and spa were exceptional.

The room could have been cleaner. For example the coffee creamer in the room was expired and luckily we did check before pouring it into our coffee. Also the iron sole plate had some food leftovers - strange!

The Hotel reception is inviting—lovely color contracts and design, with comfortable sofas and relaxing light. Breakfast was exceptional, with an excellent variety of stations and friendly staff. The spa area is highly recommended, with a good-sized indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. I booked a junior suite, and although it is pretty vast and comfortable, it was situated on the first floor, without any views. Infact, from the balcony, you can see the service pipes and other infrastructural equipment, which you don't usually see from the balcony of a suite. If it matters, the location is not so central.
