Breakfast was very crazy on Sunday July 28th ran out of food no food attendant, short in waiters. I always go there this time was unusual not good service at all. But I love this hotel and the staff

breakfast is very good... try to go before 8 to avoid congestion, especially if the hotel is fully booked. Do not miss the spa. There si no reason to pay more for the ¨new tower¨, is is no new, was build many years ago, but the ask you if you want to be in the new tower, but they are not clear enough that you have to pay more...rooms are almost the same

The front desk staff was not clear when offering an upgrade to the “new” tower. In reality, the tower is not new—it appears to be at least 10 years old. They also failed to clearly mention that the upgrade comes at an additional cost. Unfortunately, the benefits of the upgrade did not justify the extra charge. DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE ¨NEW¨TOWER... I recommend you spend this money drinking a beer

Location is so amazing and close to airport. Breakfast was wonderful and nice to sit and feel like you're already in the jungle. Room was massive and bed was spectacular. Also 1 pm checkout is INCREDIBLE.

Just a few things to note: this is a frequent airline crew hotel, so when I checked in I had three giant crews in front of me at 11:30 pm. Took about 30 min to check-in. Also take note that the airport shuttle picks up all these crews so the 8 min drive on Googlemaps ends up being 25-30 for pickups and then the round about way to get to hotel. I called or shuttle at 11:15 but didn't actually get to my room until 12:30. Return shuttle to airport however is truly 8 min flat.

Incredibly comfy bed. Quiet considering it’s near the airport. The shuttle service to and from airport (which is free). The breakfast. The peacocks. The games room. We only stayed one night as we needed to be near to the airport and even with our flight being very late the next day we were welcome to stay and enjoy the facilities and have a shower and freshen up before our flight.

Sadly the spa is separate. I understand paying for treatments separately but I would’ve thought we could walk into the spa on a day pass with the hotel and sit in the nice setting. Luckily the gym is accessible to hotel guests and has a sauna and steam room which we enjoyed

Great amenities and a 24 hour restaurant. I used the sauna, steam room (strong eucalyptus that it burned my eyes), and hot tub by the pool. Great breakfast spread which is included in your stay.

I didn’t have hot water. I was really looking forward to a hot one after a week of being in the rainforest with cold water only. The water in Movich’s rain shower in the room was mildly warm. Also needed to request a robe to go to the sauna which I would think would be in the room already.

the proximity to the airport and quickness of the staff in assisting transportation, etc. the room was lovely and worth the upgrade. the restaurants on the property were also very nice and the food was great at the international restaurant.

our family that also stayed there had a service dog that they were unable to bring, however, once we got there, we saw dogs on the premises. So, I just wish the website was a little more clear on if pets and service animals are allowed.

The location of the property is great, close to the airport and the local shopping. The hotel has great restaurants and and excellent bar. We had dinner at Pacai and would definitely recommend to check it out. We also visited the Kua Spa and it was just 10/10, great service, attention for our needs and wants. The gym was great and there were several other facilities such as a tennis court. The bed and cushions were super confortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was okay, ample options but not everything was as delicious as it looked (great presentation). Overall a great stay!

I would loved to have gotten at least a bottle of complementary water (tap water smelled like chlorine and wasn’t drinkable). I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe and US where tap water isn’t drinkable and you get a complementary bottle of water to stay hydrated. A half liter bottle of water was $2 (which we found to be reasonable).

Lovely grounds, two very good restaurants, comfortable bed, peacocks strolling around the pool, shuttle was prompt, two minutes to airport, most staff very gracious

Excessive monitoring at poolside, unusual system for lighting room (which they did not explain at check-in), no milk for coffee (had to buy a glass from the restaurant)

Room: Amazing. Food: Incredible. Front desk staff: A+

The pick-up shuttle is totally unreliable. They were let known of my immediate arrival and once on-site they stopped receiving messages or calls. Waited for 20 minutes without any kind of response and had to take an Uber. Not one apologizing message did I receive. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport: flawlessly on time.

Food was great and staff very friendly

I had booked a room with one large bed in advance. When i arrived they only had rooms with 2 smaller bed or special room and they wanting an additional 25 dollars. I chose the 2 smaller bed room but the price was the same? The room had a light mold special and i did wake up coughing.
