The rooms were clean, and towels and bed linens were changed daily. The beds were very comfortable, and we were not disturbed by neighbors or airplane noise. The air conditioning was very efficient and quiet. The location is about 25 minutes away from the lively part of the city, but it's very easy to reach any means of transport—tram, bus, or train. The hotel staff is young, friendly, and always smiling. Breakfast was OK—not very varied, but of very good quality. We appreciated the evening pop-corn time, self service!

Nice location close to the airport either a 15 minute walk or short tram journey, also close to the Saint Augustin train station ideal for trains either way to Monaco or Cannes and more pleasant to use than the main station in Nice. It’s four miles along the promenade into the old city area and port of Nice which was a very pleasant walk although others may prefer to hop on the tram which stops right outside the hotel. Not a luxury hotel but it’s modern and clean enough and for the what I paid I couldn’t complain. Breakfast was fine with plenty of food available to help yourself and fill you up for the morning and all the staff I encountered were helpful and courteous.

The rooms were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have some English channels on TV... BUT we are in France 😀 Breakfast was perfect, we had lots of options. The location is great, it is very easy to travel around with the tram and buses being on your doorstep.... Last but definitely not least, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I have to add a special mention, Ingrid is a star, she checked us in on arrival and from there continued to look after us during our weeks stay. Thanks Ingrid! ❤️

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right near the airport and a short 20-minute tram ride from the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was always spotless, even with relatively few people around. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was also pleasantly surprised to find free water, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day. These little touches really made a difference and showed that the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. While this hotel may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent value for money. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities made my stay enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Nice.

Everything was top. The flying planes are a bit loud but this is what you would expect from the hotels location.

We stayed 6 nights, and once we wanted our room be tidied up - majorly to empty the litter bin and exchange the 3 towels (of 4). The 3 towels i put onto the shower floor as the instructions read, however only one (the big one) was changed - the smaller two for some reason were not (the ones for hands). Funny but the two hand-towels were accurately hang again on the towel rack with the stains (btw left from strawberry, however could look like blood) exposed. This logic i could not explain.

I liked the staff that was really welcome and supportive. I liked the room that was spacious and fresh. The breakfast was nice as well and the free coffee and water during all the day was top. I also liked the location 4 mins to the tram and 8 mins to the train and 10 mins close to the airport.

I didnt like that our sheets were changed only after 4 days, finding 1-2 insects in the room and the toilet cleaner that was full of hair.

Great stay at Ibis Nice Aéroport! We were very satisfied with our stay at Ibis Arena Nice. As always, Ibis delivers a functional and clean experience, with no unnecessary decor or clutter. The rooms are spotless, and they provide all the essentials without fuss—no extra shampoo bottles, just quality and practicality. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast. For the price, the breakfast is fantastic, offering a variety of fresh breads, eggs, yogurts, chia pudding, fresh fruits, dried fruits, and nuts. They also had local cheeses, cold cuts like ham, pancakes, and different types of jams. It’s simple but organized perfectly, making it easy to enjoy a good meal before starting the day. This hotel is particularly ideal for travelers on the go, either by air (since it’s right across from the airport) or for those driving, as they offer parking and even a garage for €16 per day. However, for those wanting to explore the city center, it’s less convenient since you’ll need to take the tram to reach the heart of Nice. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone in transit—clean, comfortable, and with excellent service!

Clean, cozy, stylish, full size bath in the bathroom, own swimming pool, good wi-fi. Tea and coffee are always available downstairs, they also have public microwave oven. Quite close to the airport (only 10 min walking), and Nice Saint-Augistin railway station. Connection with Nice itself is also very convenient from here, you can go by bus, train or tram. Nice botanical garden Park Phoenix is within 5 minutes walking.

Breakfast could be better for such kind of hotels, it lacks proteins and fats, I was missing scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. One day I saw people were eating scrabled eggs and we asked stuff if we could have it as well, but they said it's already too late (we came at 9.30, the breakfast itself is until 10). Pastry is not really 1st class. The downside of living close to the airport - you will hear the airplanes quite loud, and it doesn't really help you if you are insomniac.

Hotel was super clean, quiet, comfortable and great value for money. Staff were very helpful too.

Was disappointed that the options for food in evening were very limited but that's due to location I guess. Breakfast was ok - there were eggs on first morning but none the following two mornings. Hairdryer in my room didn't work throughout my stay - I reported it first day and it was replaced and worked when tested but didn't work soon after testing.

Was excellent to stay in, was on the train line from the airport, just catch the train from the terminal to the Parc Phoenix stop which was free and the hotel was 5 minutes away. You could catch the train from there to the town and port, very convenient, and cheap to use.
