I recently stayed at "ibis Styles offenburg" for two nights while attending CloudFest in Rust, Germany. The hotel’s proximity to the CloudFest shuttle service made it an incredibly convenient choice for my trip. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for keeping up with event updates and work. The breakfast selection was great, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day at the event. If you are visiting Rust, especially for CloudFest, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything is ok for me.

convenient location, walking distance to the railway station and just off the main pedestrian street and the city centre - 24/7 fully automatic EDEKA convenience store nearby - friendly staff - could leave my luggage during the day at no extra cost while I was visiting nearby Strasbourg (short ride on the local railway) and pick it up in the evening when I continued my way to the final destination - not relevant for me, but they seemed to have a parking lot just in front of the hotel - the room was in the annex building and was quiet - bed was really comfortable and the room was equipped with everything I could think of, even a tea kettle and tea bags/coffee were provided

the bathroom was a bit old style but not really an issue for me

Very clean, friendly service, fast internet, delicious breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, large room and its decor is very nice and aesthetic. Free parking behind the hotel.

The only downside for us throughout our stay was leaving the hotel property. Namely, the exit and departure gate does not open automatically and you have to put a special coin into it when leaving, which we can receive from the hotel staff at the reception. This is a small inconvenience if it is raining and you have to go back for one coin.

Excellent location, a short walk to everything you might need. Also great to go to Europa Park (25 minutes away by car). The bed is huge and super comfortable. Bathroom and towels were clean. Nothing to complain in terms of comfort and hygiene.

Common areas could be renewed as they look a bit outdated and staff was ok but not really friendly. Do not expect a great breakfast - options are restricted and it is expensive (16 eur per person).

great location for walking into town and the hotel is not far from the train station. The lady staff at reception, She is polite and kindly help us move some heavy baggage into storage room near the counter. They have free coffee and tea corner at the lobby. Room size is quite bigger than other Ibis Style hotels.

No fridge in the room But we can drop our chocolates bars (souvenirs for our daughter) with the front. Thank you for your kindness.

The hotel is close to the station and we came with bicycles which were safely stored away in a garage. Our room was quiet, clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast buffé was very good. The price was reasonable, so altogether it was a good value for money

All was good

Great location and beautiful neighbourhood. Really clean, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. A small fridge for keeping drinks cold would have been useful during a multi-day stay, as the tap water wasn’t really cold enough to drink.

We booked the hotel as our place to stay while visiting Europapark (For halloween). It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. You’re also in the centre of Offenburg so you can walk to the restaurants.

All was good.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable , near to the city Center. The staff was really nice and helping. They also provided me with a spare iPhone charger

It don’t know that why after paying the amount of 99,9 Euros as mentioned in the app, why did the people at the reception asked for 0,9 Euros when I was checking out.
