Shown as four star on Booking.com, and that is justified for the rooms. However, the hallways are a bit dated and would probably prevent a formal four star rating. However, the reception advised that the hotel no longer participates in the star rating system. The room was nice, clean and large. Two large double beds in the twin room. The little mini bar was useful for storing things for an in-room breakfast. Bathroom was a decent size. Indoor and outdoor pools, although we didn’t get a chance to use them. Nice and close to Düsseldorf airport, if you have any early flight the next morning. In house restaurant has a small selection for dinner but was tasty. Didn’t see other eating options in close proximity.

Not very suitable for travellers with a disability. No lift to the first floor of the premises. High step to get into the shower/bath. Room was a bit dark at night - no ceiling light, just a lamp on the floor and a couple of small wall-mounted lamps.

over all its a very good experience, Nice environment. good experience because its near to the international airport in the Germany as well as near to the bus stop. so its a good advantage for the guest

Breakfast was charged, need to be free because it will be good for the guest and comfort as well. otherwise the breakfast will be Hussle to get in there. also airport pickup should be free because the hotel is near to the Airport.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff so helpful - especially in reception and serving staff in restaurant and function room. Although I didn’t put my towels to be changed each day - they were. And I was left a fresh bottle of water each day. We had one evening meal in the restaurant- good menu -I had the entrecôte steak and it was just perfectly cooked.

This is not a complaint- but I do so wish the bar would open- yes, you can order drinks in the restaurant and take them out to reception but it would be nice to sit on the bar. I do wish the restaurant would open for lunch. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was near cafes or restaurants but it isn’t.

parking.. the hotel rents parking lots also like Park&Fly. If you book parking lot and pay for it in advance directly in hotel , it doesnt mean, that you will find free parking lot everytime. For example, we were hotel guests and we paid in advance parking lot for 4 days. Last night we didnt find free place for parking and we needed to park on the street approx. 15 min. by walk. Then receptionist gave us money back for paid parking place for 1 night, but it was unpleasant.

Quite a perfect choice for a short stay. However, if you need to go to the city or to the Fair Center, taxi costs 20-25 euros. They have all I need for breakfast: a variety of teas, good coffee, mysli, yogurts, fruits, fresh bread and pastries, omelette or fried eggs. Kettle and bottled water are provided for free in the room. The airport transfer was very handy (costs 5 euro). Very nice sauna!

There's nothing to see and nowhere to eat around. The only choice for the dinner is the hotel's own restaurant. Luckily, it's quite fine. Not much of a variety, but the food is tasty. The pool was a disappointment. Might be good for children at summer, but not really meant for swimming.

Great price for a single room. Though it might be noisy being close to a main road, but rooms and windows properly soundproof. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of quality products.

Inside yard very green and well maintained, however very poor to zero lighting past 9pm It was nice having the pool, but it looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation. Bathroom door could be exchanged as it was worn down and damaged. There are lots of good quality doors at very good price on market. The tv in my room was not working. Forgot to tell you at check out, sorry :-)

The room equipment was all we needed and we got a bottle of water for welcome (included in the fee). The pool was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and well balanced.

What was missing at the breakfast - was lack of larger bowls to eat cereals, which was a problem for my kids. The hotel was full when we arrived and there was an issue with finding a parking place, which is at the extra cost. I believe that for such a hotel would be nice to get a free parking. In the room there was a tablet and I found it difficult to find the information I needed (e.g. about the wifi), so at the end I was going at the reception counter with all my questions each time and had to wait there, as it was crowded (for me would be better that they would include a leaflet in paper too, to get this basic info: about wifi, about the pool hours, breakfast hours etc.).

Everything. Lovely staff, both at the reception, housekeeping and gastro. Even the most unexpected incident (a drunk person randomly knocking on hotel doors) was immediately acknowledged and taken cary by the reception staff (very brave, specially considering her apparent young age). The mattress was firm but comfortable. The hotel is aging but like good wine.

The bathtube had a bit of an old appearance, but it didn't bother us. We were a bit sad that the pub was closed, we really hope next time it will be open :)

Very good service for the price. The breakfast was good. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast but products was in good quality. Very close to airport and transport is easy from airport to hotel. There is a shuttle just from the hotel to airport. You need to check for availability and it costs 5 €. Heating, cleaning, quietness and comfort was very good.

It can take about an hour to reach city center if you prefer public transportation.

I love the Location that the area is in,you can get very easy on the Highway to Conventions like P1 or P2 Service was Top as well as the Staff and the Rooms where to my comfort with a nice bed. Overall satisfied.

I didnt like a few things. First one would be the Room location and second the Parking location. You get a Room on the end of the building and park your car at the end,youll have to walk a long way. And at the exit ramp of the parking the Road wasnt in the best condition.
