Lovely hotel , extremely helpful staff, my families experience was wonderful. We left a watch after checking out, hotel arranged to have this posted to me in the uk. As soon as you walk in you are treated like a VIP, nothing is any bother. Great facilities including a gym and swimming pool. Rautika in particular was great, she arranged to allow us to check in early , two rooms were ready very early, including a cot for my 8 month old grand daughter. Will definitely book again when I visit Delhi. Also it is located right next door to the shopping and food mall. Thank you

I liked everything, no complaints

It's a modern clean hotel conveniently located in the best part of Delhi. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Customer service was very good.

They could improve on the cleaning products they use. Our rooms and the corridor leading to it had a strong smell of kerosine or terpentine that was possibly used to clean the carpet stains. It was unbearable and when we complained about it, they sprayed the rooms with a terrible smelling cheap airfreshner to mask the smell, which made it even worse. It was so unconfortable and we gasped for fresh air. When we complained again, they offered us alternate rooms in another area of the hotel. We smelt the same cleaning agent in other parts of the hotel as well.

Location is good in the sense there is the aerocity mall right next to the hotel. Coffee shops, beer cafe, restaurants. Place was neat. Staff is friendly. Stay was comfortable. They promptly provided water, blankets, cutlery etc. View from our room was also nice and it was brightly lit. Good for winter days. Pretty close to the airport. It was a Mins uber to the international terminal.

Expensive for Average Indian travellers. For instance buffet breakfast is Rs.1500 per person. Around 20-25 dollars. Ok for international travellers but expensive for others. You can always Zomato swiggy though. No airport shuttle. You can always uber. We were here in winter and the room stayed a bit cold and did not get warm quickly. I guess the rooms are designed for a hot climate and not so much for the cold weather. We got extra blankets, so it was ok. The hot water was good in the bathroom. I strongly suggest keeping a microwave in the rooms.

The hotel was well positioned in Aerocity, close to other hotels. Between Pride and Marriott is an area with shops; bars; restaurants and fast food outlets. All hotels and entrance to this centre have security. It is a very safe area. The hotel was very comfortable. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was good with pastries; fruits; cereals; pancakes; Indian selection, and eggs cooked to order. Lots of staff, all very friendly and helpful.

The only down for me was my room was close to the lift area. I should have asked to move. Lots of people coming and going. Perhaps the lift lobby music and lift notifications could be turned down in volume at night.

I stayed in Superior Room - Spacious size, Bed Comfort and Sleep Quality was good, Bathroom was clean and maintained well, Fittings were clean and working. Luggage storage were adequate. The hotel also serves good tasty food.

Check in and Check Out experience - slow, delayed, connectivity issues and experience of the FO staff in handling customer queries. Available staff was less than provisioned for. The Restaurant food is quite expensive and less variety of healthy food, although not a show stopper.

Good Room - Professional Staff and Very accommodating management. Overall very friendly hotel to visit. They are always welcoming and it been a pleasure repeatedly visiting them time and again. Hope they maintain a client friendly approach.

The restaurants need to do better and not appear as a Bikaner or Haldiram joint. Service is very slow and the quality of food is a sad state of affairs. Its better to eat outside than have any meals here for the price compared to the quality of food and service rendered.

Hotel has a super posh lobby, incredible location to go to the airport, but the room has a musty smell and the beeding feels scratchy. I just can't understand how such a high level hotel just can't care about bed linens. This is just one of the most important parts of the experience. Price was USD 300 - fairly expensive, but the best price on the surroundings

Second time at this hotel pre flight. The staff are excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

at first was allocated a noisy room on the second floor. I could hear drilling and banging as there was obviously some maintenance work being carried out. It was in the afternoon but as I desperately needed to rest I contacted reception about the noise and requested to be moved to a quiet room. The staff were excellent and took care of my request, moving me to the 4th floor and to the opposite side of the building. No further issues.

I had booked a superior room for one night for my family as we had a flight on the very next day.All the staffs were extremely helpful and the facilities were superb..be it the buffet breakfast or the ala carte lunch served. Aerocity is always superb..be it hotels or any other facilities .

I had a preblocked amount through my credit card via booking.com however during the final settlement posachine was not able to process the same..as a result the executive told me to pay by any other credit card..which I did.howecer the same blocked amount is still showing the preblocked amount..which I am not sure whether the same will be reflected as debit in final bill or not.the front desk executive told me that the same will be nullified.lets see..when the final bill generates.

The first time I stayed in the hotel was because I could not get a booking at Marriot Aerocity, and trust me, it was my best decision. The place looks fantastic, the rooms look amazing, and I will rate 10 out of 10. I think the staff adds a cherry to the cake; they were all so helpful and attentive, and the best thing you guys have done is kept guest relations around; they go and speak to the guest, listen to their concerns, and help them. Keep up the good work; I will definitely return. The first hotel at Aerocity that I have seen is not short of staff.
