The Pullman property itself boasts of beautiful architecture and design and there can be no denying of its beauty. The staff were absolutely incredible and attentive. The communication was fantastic for everything from checkout to breakfast to room service and other facilities. We felt welcomed in the true sense of the word. The vibe and ambience was cozy and eclectic. We enjoyed the beautiful spread at the buffet breakfast and the edgy architecture in the chill out space.

As great as my stay was, there were a many drawbacks that must be addressed. I understand the hierarchy of rooms and suites but due diligence must be done for the deluxe rooms as well. The sliding door/panel to my bathroom was broken. The shower head needs more pressure and it had to be cleaned up. The lights were dusted as well. The customers must not feel out in any way. From the door knob to the menu card, everything must remain spotless. It is only then you can truly uphold your reputation of a 5 star hotel. Regards

Pullman at atrocity Delhi is 10 mins drive from international airport ,making it absolutely great location for transit or short stay in Delhi if u prefer staying close to airport,there’s no better place than this . This property has great aesthetics,very safe and comfortable to stay in , topped with wonderful staff who pay attention to your needs . The staff is very active and responsive in communication and will solve or guide you clearly on phone if you have any such need . The food options range from buffet to Ala carte …you can order what u want ,the preparation are fresh tasty . The

I didn’t find any that’s negative about this place

I stayed at the hotel with my child (1.5years) for one night before the departure flight the next morning. We enjoyed our stay very much. I felt really safe. All staffs at the front desk, concierge and restaurant were so helpful and ensured we got what I and the baby needed from the moment I set foot in front of the hotel. I was so grateful as it took a lot of stress out of travelling with a baby. The receptionist made an earlier checkin for us. The porters helped with our several luggages. We had lunch and dinner buffet at the farmers' basket at Pluck on the ground floor. Wide ranges of foods (Indian, European, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc. ) were provided and they were tasty. Water and hot drinks were also included. Thanks to the restaurant receptionist for giving us the table at the sofa, the waitress at the lunch service who kept checking on us, Manish and Pankaj for ensuring we got warm milk in a paper cup (several times) and other things. The checkout process was also great. I came down to the front desk to checkout and pay. A porter picked up the bags and coordinated with the taxi for us. I used the taxi service from the hotel which had a VIP pass so it could use the inner lane in front of the Terminal to drop us off. The driver helped also with the luggages.

The opening time and prices of the restaurant Farmers' basket should be updated on the website and Google.

Don’t judge a hotel by its exterior! Close to the airport which was helpful for our early morning departure. All Staff very friendly and helpful, several options for coffee, drinks and food, very well appointed modern room. The pool area was inviting, no time to attend the spa but visited the area and was greeted by a lovely lady. At checkout, the staff went above and beyond, happily helped and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and hoped they’d see us again. If another trip to Delhi is ever on the cards, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

Airport pickup and drop expensive than other near by hotels, so used own transporation.

Very comfortable room, big tub, the staff was very helpful including preparing a boxed breakfast for my early departure. Pool was excellent, very clean. Nice artwork. The club level had great snacks and drinks in the evening!

Only two comments - the airport transportation is really really overpriced for the 6 min drive. I paid less than half of that for a taxi to go all the way across Delhi in a 45 minute drive. Also it should have been included with the club room but really it should be half the price for all guests. That just felt like a rip off. Also for the staff in the club lounge - I got different treatment as a single female and had to repeatedly go up to the counter to order a drink while they were coming around to take orders from the single men or families. I know this is a cultural thing in India since I spent 3 weeks there, but in a western hotel that charges western rates, I expect better. This is the main reason I am giving 9 rather than 10 rating.

Location is Aero City, based on the purpose, it is excellent. I should say that Pullman hotel's USP is its staff who are excellent and courteous and not like few staff of popular brands who have been very robotic in their responses. Special mention to Shiv, Pankaj, Madhur Afnan and Rajiv from Concierge. House keeping Floor Manager Num Kumar and Amninder, Reception Ankita and team, Event team lead by Ajay and Ujjwal. Many more if time permitted.

Approaching and connecting with Event's sales team was bit tough but once connected, it was a smooth sail.

We stayed here firstly for 3 nights then again for 6 nights within a space of 2 weeks with kids. The Manager Vikas Mishra & EVERYONE ONE OF HIS TEAM from front desk, security, concierge, dining, housekeeping, bar staff were the most hospitable I’ve ever seen. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and in Dubai but the Pullman is an example to all of them. Very highly recommended and cannot wait to go back as this is truly a home from home and much more. Thank you to all of you for working so hard and doing the best.

I wish I stayed longer!

We had 10 hrs between flights and since we arrived at evening and were tired decided stay close to airport. This hotel is located in Aerocity, in 5 min drive distance from airport. The lobby is very nice, I like it how they mixed authentic with modern style. Staff is helpfull and friendly. I've gotten a room with nice pool view. Rooms have good size, are clean and modern. Breakfast is very good: so many varieties of food from different cuisines. In general about Aerocity. We walked around Aerocity at the 07.00AM, all hotels have own security service and we walked through gallery even shops were closed at that time. For sure that is good idea to build safe and good hotels infrastructure close to airport. Next time I wouldnt upset by thinking where to stay overnight in Delhi between flights.

My 1st room was used one. The strange thing is everything was in place (towels etc), only one bed was ooccupied with used napkins. The reception changed the room. The room was cleaned but loud music came from ongoing party in swimming pool area. Reception promissed it will finish at 08.00pm. I didnt mind because had no plan to sleep at that time - we've gone for dinner. But when we back around 10.00pm the music still was on and stopped after my call to reception. Thank you for prompt reaction. Btw, there were renovation of building is ongoing and the rooms' with street view windows were temporarily covered - so no view. I was lucky to have a swimming pool view ;-)

It was one of the best stayed ever, definitely the best hotel we stayed in India. if I have to compliment every part of our day, I would have to prepare an essay. Starting from beautiful rooms, clean and kindness of cleaning team and room service. Although airport is very close by there was no noises and we could sleep calmly. amazing service on the breakfast and lunch. For both of this meal options huge choice of literally any cuisine you can imagine. Although me and my husband have completely different likes when it comes to the food we could easily find options for us. Just to mention you can find European food Asian food like Thai or Chinese of course Indian, great deserts, good coffee. service on breakfast and lunch was exquisite all employees, always with a smile on their face, providing the best possible advisory and very quick service (we praise Dilip especially). Reception service was great concierge services and conference venue where we have attended at one of the event events. We will definitely return!
