Best hotel I have ever stayed at in Italy. The staff was incredibly nice, the room was perfectly clean, the view was breathtaking, the location was perfect, the town was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic. It's so good I don't even want to review it as that will let the secret out, but that would not be fair to this wonderful hotel. Hope to come back soon! ***Bring a snorkel!! The water is very clear***

Refrigerator had a printed sign on it saying guests are not allowed to put outside food or outside beverages in the refrigerator; it is only allowed for the hotel's minibar items. I take it this comes from wanting to avoid spills or rotting food in there, but I would rather have the hotel change this to have a fee if the guest leaves a mess in the refrigerator or something similar.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, large and comfortable. I was supposed to have a room with a small balcony.But was upgraded without asking to a room with a large terrace and amazing water views. One of the best hotel experiences that I have had in all of my travels.. the hotel is perched on a cliff.But has elevator access down to the beach which made it quite easy.There are some stairs to get to the elevators though.This is just for informational purposes. The beach is wonderful. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is just on the edge of the historic center.So is quite quiet, even during the pizza festival. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very friendly.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff in both the reception and the restaurant. The view was charming from everywhere in the hotel specially from our rooms. The beach club under the hotel was more than beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Staff in beach club also were generous , flexible, nice and helpful. Special thanks also to beach club staff. The hotel made a surprise for me by upgrading our rooms to a more beautiful sea view rooms with balcony.

I think that the access to the beach club should be free to the hotel guests and the hotel management should think in these in the future as a way of improvement but regardless sure we enjoyed as family every moment in this hotel and they made our stay over our expectations.

Magnificent views over the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi coastline. The lift to the beach is a brilliant bonus and makes access very easy. The rooms are very clean and spacious with good air-conditioning. We had 2 rooms, one with a large terrace which was wonderful to utilise and appreciate the views. The hotel restaurant is very good and beautifully positioned.

Vico equense is a small town with limited shops etc so you have to go to Sorrento if you wish to access these (taxis are near impossible to get and very expensive) so you have to catch the very busy (and somewhat unpleasant) train. The hotel is kind of retro with a simple bar and breakfast, and there are no amenities in the rooms (like glasses, kettle etc) which for a 4 star hotel is very uncommon (out of the 10 hotels we stayed on our trip, this was the only one without these basics). Breakfast should be available to be served on the terrace instead of the large, somewhat non-atmospheric room.

It was a pleasure to stay here! We received a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The room had an amazing sea view and was very clean. Staff at the reception and on the beach were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice beach and a great location, close to the train station.

Only one small thing – breakfast was tasty, with fresh and delicious pastries and fruits every day, but it would be even better with a wider selection of vegetables.

My fiance and I spent there 3 nights. We had a great time. Gianmaria, at the front desk, was super helpful and gave us all the information and help we needed. We had a sea view room with a balcony and it was breathtaking. The breakfast was good and the views magnificent.

The beach gets sun from around 10:30AM so going earlier than that was not ideal. However, we can see the sunset from the private beach and that compensated the time we spent there.

Location of this hotel is ideal. Close to shops and various restaurants and at the same time has it's own beach. The beach is just amazing. Clean and divided in two parts. One part with umbrellas & restaurants for glamour lovers, and the other is a natural beach for nature lovers (I am one of them). Breakfast is good and croissants are super delicious. In addition to standard selection, it is possible to order freshly cooked additions. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They do whatever is possible to make you feel comfortable in this hotel. I have spent amazing 4 days in this hotel and wish to come back some time in future :)

One of the rooms had a minor issue but I am sure they have improved it by now.

Breakfast was plentiful and the croissants are too good 😋. The dinner was amazing, better than the restaurants outside. The waiters treats you so special esp. Pepe “silver “as he calls himself and Antonio, the head waiter? I hope I got his name right. Everyone is so attentive and accommodating, . I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Best diningexperience for a holiday, I will be back again 😋😍

Shower water in the room could have been stronger

The view from the hotel is amazing. You get to see the sunset every evening. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and fresh fruit. The location i great and restaurants and shops are just minutes away. We found Vico Equense much calmer than for example sorrento. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and the room was very clean.

The bar and restaurant closes very early in the evening so you have to go out and eat if you want to have dinner a bit later. The beach also closes very early at 19.00 so swimming in the evening is not possible.

Amazing location, very nice food, friendly staff. made our holidays very enjoyable.

Can only go to hotel beach by lift, if the stairs that exist made accessible and maintained, would have been a nice option. Didn't like that had to pay quite a high price for umbrellas and chaiselongue at the hotel private beach despite being a hotel guest.
